This is a basic medium sized kit that is awesome for a first responder. Being I am a professional firefighter/medic and knowing this is my personal vehicle bag and my work bag says it all. Very robust, holds everything a medic needs and is easily seen. You won’t go wrong with THIS bag!

We have a decent selection of first-aid items, and we wanted a way to keep them at hand in case we need to flee a wildfire, earthquake or ... This bag is a good size, seems sturdy and I like that it's bright red. It's also an excellent way to organize all this stuff for use at home, since we do use things like bandages and wrapping tape frequently. As some have mentioned, the main compartment of the bag is deep, while the organizing sections are not as deep. I don't see this as a problem. We just put clean cloths in the extra space. If we're camping or traveling, we'll grab the bag with the rest of our stuff instead of forgetting bandaids and antiseptic spray. One simple step to be much safer.

I like this bag a lot. I set it up like this: It has a large middle for four one gallon ziplocks which contain heavy bleed kits. It has two smaller outside pockets for saline and other wash solutions. It also has a flap that comes down for ointments, pens, paper, bandaid and ammonia ampules. The top middle has room for a stethoscope and BP cuff. The only drawback I see is it's a little on the small size. I'd like to see this exact build about 20% larger to carry BVM's. I guess I'll look into finding something in blue for airway stuff. Five Stars. Well worth the money.

I like this case, we were going to go with a pelican case but thought this is more practical and cost effective. maybe the interior compartments are a bit cheezy, but the bag itself appears well made and strong. It will not be used commercially but is a place to amalgamate all first aid supplies and this bag gets its special shelf in the bathroom ready to grab and go if ever needed. Formerly we were using plastic storage totes but if we ever had an emergency and had to evacuate with first aid supplies it was not a quick grab and go scenario. This bag is large enough and clearly labelled so obvious what it is , unlike generic plastic totes even if labelled with sharpie.

Yo la compré como botiquín para mi casa y es una maravilla. Guardo medicinas, material de curación (vendas, etc) y hasta equipo como para medir la presión o la oxigenación. El color de la maleta es bonito. Los cierres funcionan muy bien. Tiene refuerzos que hacen que no pierda la forma. Es fácil de transportar con las correas.
