Yummy, healthy recipes
The book contained many appealing recipes. I especially liked the desserts section, as they had a choice of lower calorie options. I would say, however, that many of the recipes were well over 500 calories per serving, so I would not consider them for weight loss. Overall a great vegan cookbook.

Poor Editing.
Received this book for Christmas. Thinking about returning it the very 1st recipe has editing issues. Several of the ingredients are added twice. Not sure if there will be other mistakes later on in the book that might making a recipe difficult.

Yummy
Every recipe I have made is quick, delicious and easily made with pantry supplies. Everyone Loved the brownies when I brought them to work and no one knew they were vegan. The breakfast Blondies start my day when everyone at work is chowing down on fatty, greasy donuts!!

I love these recipes
Most of the ingredients seem simple to source. They all seem very easy to complete and try. I am excited to cook a lot these items. I only wish there were pictures with the recipes to show me what the final result should look like.

Uses Soy Products In Recipes
The use of so many soy products in the recipes made it pretty much useless to me. Donated it to a thrift store.

Useful
The recipes are easy and I've already restocked my cupboards to make them vegan friendly so I have most of the ingredients which are everyday store cupboard items. There is some useful info about vitamins for the new vegan. I didn't know you can make an omelette with chickpea flour of which I've bought but only used it in falafel so far. The oil free hummus does have oil in the form of tahini but it's still healthy. Mains, desserts and snacks they are all included. A great addition to a vegan or vegetarian cook.

One of the best (and cheapest!) WFPB, Vegan Cookbooks around!
I think I have an obsession with cookbooks! As an individual who follows a WFPB diet, the cover of this book immediately grabbed my attention and the price made it a great deal! I had to include this book to my collection and so glad I did, to say I love it is an understatement! If you need pictures move on! If however, you like a no nonsense cookbook with a great variety of recipes including Indian, Mexican, Italian, Caribbean, as well as the basics of making oil-free mayo and hummus and many more extras you will not be disappointed. The recipes are broken down at the start of the book into breakfast, lunch, mains, sides, desserts & treats and extras for reference rather than an index, but provides a pleasing and easy to follow layout. While this book declares itself as 'The Ultimate Weight Loss cookbook for Vegans' on the front cover, for me this is a bonus! The recipes are exciting, easy to follow and I always love a cookbook that includes nutritional information, which this one does. Thank you to the author Zoe, you have created an amazing cookbook which is a great deal! I am just waiting for Fat-Free Crispy Potatoes to finish off in the oven as I write this review!

All in all a good everyday recipe book.
I received a free copy of this book and I’m leaving a voluntary review, I loved the recipes int this book, I have tried a few of them over the weekend, most of the recipes are fairly simple, tasty and easy to make, my favourite recipes so far are the Red Lentil Dhal with carrot and sweet potato and the cauliflower dhansak will defiantly be a regular in my house. There are some great idea's for tofu marinates which is next on my list to try. The review would of been 5 stars if there where some pictures in the book.
