Awesome map of lake Powell. Used it on the lake a few months ago!!

We returned yesterday from Lake Powell and this map is a must have. The lake is not easy to negotiate and this map was a life saver. We were able to get around with ease using this map and the buoy markers. Since it is laminated, you can make notes and highlight certain points. Extremely valuable!!!

Compact, laminated, and detailed written description of features of every major canyon on the lake. Each canyon is highlighted based on location relative to the navigation buoys of the main channel as well as “arm” channels. The buoys are numbered to show miles from the Glen Canyon dam or miles from the mouth of the arm. Have navigated many similar large lakes in the US, and now feel familiar enough with Powell to explore in full confidence.

There are many numbers and letters for each site. A little confusing. But a helpful map

My dog chewed up my laminated roll up one that I had for years. I’ve only been able to fund those at the marinas or the hotel gift shop at Bullfrog. Wasn’t sure I would like the foldable laminated one but It will stow better and has already grown on me.I will stress again. THIS IS THE ONLY PWELL MAP TO CONSIDER. Stan did a excellent, excellent job with this map.

This will be our first trip to Lake Powell. This map and guide has provided us with all of the information we need to plan our trip, including where to anchor our boat, hiking, location of sandy beaches, and mileage from one point to the next.

If you visit Lake Powell you need one of these as you tour the lake. Great info. Laminated.
