Used for 20mins on towel dried hair. Staining came off with just a wipe. Took all red tones and uniformly darkened. Has also covered greys. Hair feels very soft. Not washed it since applying but result is quite noticeable so will probably use once a month or so. I have long thick hair and used less than half but could probably have used much less. Thank you!

I usually go platinum so I wasn't really sure what i was doing when I tried to go an ashy brown. Alas it went very ginge on my first attempt. I know my hairs a few levels lighter than whats depicted but my asian hair has alot of red undertones so I opted for this (and since purple shampoo seemed to do nothing). This works a treat. Within just a couple of times my hairs gone from super ginge to an ashy brown. (Used in conjuction with the shampoo). Warning, it does stain your fingers though so now I look dead from my hands... so maybe wear gloves.

I used this today as I've tried the blue range but it wasn't very effective. I have grown out balyage and wanted to tone the red from the dyed brown in comparison to my ashy medium brown roots whilst I can't get to the hairdresser. I used gloves and applied directly to the root area, it has worked well in toning the brown but despite my best efforts it has bled into the blond parts leaving a slight green tinge more noticeable in unnatural light. But tbh I expected this as it does state can stain lightened hair, hopefully it will just fade with a few rinses.

I had my hair dyed professionally but it felt too red for me, so I purchased this. Saw immediate results after one wash to remove red tones and give more of a brunette feel, in the end I used it three times to reach my desired shade. Highly recommend

It removed all the ginger I had in my hair but also turned my hair a blue ... Only left it on the recommended 5 mins on wet hair ...

I used as per the directions. It made zero difference, complete waste of money. All it’s done is dyed my hands green.

It really darkens the hair. I would recommend leaving it on for at least 20-30 minutes.

I want to first say I never write reviews but this product WOWED me and I had to share as I would have appreciated a review like this. I have natural ashy brown curly hair and after years of box dying/colouring my hair darker it’s left my hair with warm gingery brown tint to it and my natural roots coming through. I now wanted to start growing my hair to my natural colour. I came across this product after hours of scanning to find something to hopefully help tone down my hair to help blend into my roots instead of dying and this did the trick. It’s very messy but works a treat - wear rubber/disposable gloves (essential as it stains everything). I recommend treating and applying it like a dye but on damp hair. Brush through your hair and split in two, spritz your hair down with water to make it damp. Start at the root and apply a generous amount down to the ends. Let it sit for 20 minutes and carefully shower/ shampoo/ condition. It’s very messy and have bathrooms cleaner/wipes on hand to clean any purple stains. Other than that the results speak for themselves😊

Ottimo prodotto, va usato con i guanti perché tinge un po’ le mani e (giustamente!) non va via subito ma dopo vari sfregamenti e lavaggi. Lascia i capelli morbidi e neutralizza il rosso, ovviamente non è una tinta.

Me gustó el efecto, me quitó los tonos rojizos y naranjas de mi cabello castaño, veo que funciona en cabello natural así como también en cabello procesado. Es el único producto que me ha quitado los tonos rojizos. Eso sí, sugiero usar guantes al aplicarlo porque sí mancha e impregna la piel de las manos y es difícil de quitar. En el cabello te dura aproximadamente unos 4 o 5 días y luego tienes que volver a aplicarlo. Lo aplicas luego del shampu, con el cabello ya enjuagado y húmedo y lo dejas mínimo 5 minutos (dependiendo de que tan rojizo o anaranjado tengas tu cabello). Eso sí, te da el efecto visual de que lo oscurece pero es porque lo naranja o rojizo ya no brilla. Me dejó mi cabello hermoso y con un castaño achocolatado que amé. 100% recomendado.

Je fais depuis longtemps des couleurs marron avec des notes acajou. Le problème c'est qu'au fur et à mesure des shampooings, les cheveux deviennent rouge orange... Pas très beaux... Alors on refait une couleur pour foncer et c'est le cercle vicieux... Ce masque permet d'effacer le rouge et de redonner aux cheveux une teinte marron neutre. C'est magique. L'effet dure e'viron 4 shampooing. Facile à appliquer, avec des gants car à la pause il est violet et tâche les mains ! Attention à la peau du visage et du cou. En 5 minutes le résultat est bluffant !! Je vais pouvoir arrêter les couleurs et patienter le temps que mes cheveux poussent. Magnifique !!!
