Simply fantastic eye liner. I have tried more expensive brands that weren't as good. So easy to apply with the brush and it stays put for long enough. if it does droop a little I just wipe a bit with my fingertip and reapply if necessary, but it lasts at least 6 hours without worrying about that. If you want a good eye liner for the money this is it.

I’ve been using elf eyeliner since middle school and I don’t think I’ll ever switch to another brand. It’s always held up for me and is versatile for any look. It’s very smooth application with the brush tip. I am happy it is the only eyeliner I love as most have a felt tip that makes the eyeliner thick. It does smudge sometimes only if you rub it but other than that it does last and is easy to take off at the end of the day.

My go to, easy to use, makes the thinnest line. Great price for great quality.

It works great. What I do not like is the shine. I prefer my eyeliner to dry matte. I also wish the brush to would be a bit thicker or would carry more product.Today rained all day and I ran errands. The pictures are after my day is done. It stayed put and didn't run. That's really good to me. The price is also really good. But I will not purchase again because it's shiny. To me, cheap eyeliner is shiny, like we white in the 90s. So yes, I know it's cheap. But I don't want to look that way. Lol so it did good for errands but I won't wear this on a night out.

Elf - great eyeliner. fine tip brush that does not bunch up. color comes out smoothly and you can make very fine lines or thick ones. Price is great too!!!

I finally found a liquid eyeliner that doesn't fade off during the course of the day. I can wear it for 8 - 10 hours with no flake off. Easy smooth application which dries quickly. Very easy to take off with makeup remover at end of day. I bought black and it's not a heavy looking black.

I am surprised by this eyeliner's quality, it looks so natural on my daughter. The product stays in place. It's waterproof, durable, and just the right size- we love the 2 pack! I'm pleased with how it looks on my daughter!

Good eyeliner hard to get off and it’s smudges if you have oily to normal skin. But the precision is really good!
