I soaked it for the amount of time as directed on the package but I feel it should’ve been a little longer. Other than that it went really good with the sauce I made

Inaccurate product description
Product is good but description says that it has protein. All they had to do was look at their own label to see that it contains no protein.

real mung bean noodles!
i have found my perfect 100% mung bean noodles for my thai dishes!!! that's all i needed. these are wonderful to follow along in the online recipies.
