He usado por 3 semanas el rodillo y funciona a la perfección. Es importante saber que NO tiene control remoto de resistencia, por lo que deberás usar una bicicleta con cambios. En mi caso utilizo una algo antigua de montaña con relación 3X7 cambios, rodada 26. Si no tienes una bici de velocidades mejor compra un rodillo con control remoto.OJO, si usas una rueda con "tacos" hará mucho ruido, como cualquier rodillo. Es MUY IMPORTANTE poner una rueda lisa, sin ningún dibujo y evitarás el ruido al 100%, además que no se desgastará a la velocidad que las otras. Coloqué una rueda muy delgada de bici de ruta, que incluso me la regalaron en un taller.El material con el que está hecho es muy resistente y bien vale la pena el precio.Les puedo recomendar para entrenar buscar rutinas de spinning en Youtube y uso de pulsometro.

No it does not, resistant all depends on what gear you're peddling In, just make sure the roller is pressed against the back wheel.As it already states, it does come with a quick release skewer, although I don't use mine, simply because it isn't really nessesary (at least with my bike it's not) and my back bike wheel does not have a quick release on It, only have It on the front wheel.All in all a great product for the price.

Lightweight, fold-able and durable - and you can can continue to bike on your favourite bike :) You can use it with all types of bikes: road, mountain...Note for noise & vibration: it depends of the tires - a mountain tire will produce much more noise than the road one. To minimize the vibration, you can by a "technical foam mat" in Dollarama to put it under the "legs" of this trainer support.

I used this trainer maybe 20 times total. Bought before spring when covid started here. I am not able to use it since the screw that holds the bolt that holds the tire in place is a cheap metal that stripped and actually fell apart. I’m 150lbs.So now I’m unable to use the bike trainer as it is lockdown again. I’d contact the company to get a couple spares even though they aren’t good quality. No way to contact for such a request.
