Mandoline Food Slicer for Vegetables and Cheese - LIFETIME GUARANTEE

I find it somewhat difficult to use. It is not what I would call a mandolin slicer at all. It's a box with an interchangeable top for different grating options. It is cumbersome, and not very fast. Does not produce a pretty product in my opinion either. Not really what we wanted at all. You get what you pay for, and I guess we need to go all in and get a good one.

It's concept is pretty neat but the functionality was a let down. Blades weren't sharp enough to cut smoothly. The cutting width was too narrow for alot of food. The idea is great but they need to work on it more then re-release it.

I like this multi-purpose mandoline slicer. It comes packaged in a very cute box. The slicer itself comes in a storage container that holds all the parts together in one compact spot. Inside the container is a smaller container that holds all the pieces you need to slice, grate, shred, etc. The main storage container also acts as a means to catch whatever you're slicing, grating or shredding so there's no mess. I had a bit of a hard time keeping a small block of cheese on the plastic handle that is supposed to protect your hands from the blade. The cheese kept falling off. Other than that, the blades did an awesome job of slicing. You can tell they are very sharp. It shredded carrots really well into small shreds too for some potato salad I made. It was fast and easy!My original storage container did arrive severely cracked but I contacted the company and they offered a free replacement, which we promptly received in great condition! Their customer service is very caring and helpful.What I found odd was the instructions on the back of the box. The way they are written, most of it just doesn't make sense and I honestly couldn't understand what was trying to be conveyed. The product itself is easy enough to use without instructions though so it's not that big of a deal.

I used the Excellent Doer Mandoline Slicer to grate a pear for my daughter's breakfast. I did not, however, have the confidence to slice off the pear skin with the same implement. The blade was not sharp enough.The design overall is somewhat counter-intuitive.

Very disappointing. This little mandoline could not slice a tangerine, I like to make marmalade when I have extra citrus.

Great product but have a hard time shredding softer cheeses like chedder or Colby jack. The cheese sticks to the plastic and doesn't slide well. Otherwise I like it.

Complicated to use and a chore to clean up. Waste of money.
