I didnt buy this to stop me snoring (although thats a happy side effect!) I bought it to increase the airflow at night as my jaw would relax and constrict my airflow. This tackles the problem well and thus provides a much more restful nights sleep. Follow the instructions supplied with the product (or the PDF that was emailed to me after I bought it) and you will get along with this fine product. Highly recommended to those who snore and/or those that wake up with a dry mouth.

Exactly what I was looking for. Used this to help stop snoring, which requires the full guard (upper+lower) and not just an upper or lower only. I used water at 180 degrees to soften it for 30 seconds. It molded perfectly without burning my gums, while holding my lower jaw set slightly forward. It worked great. The secret is to set the mold with the lower jaw slightly forward, about where the upper and lower teeth line up in front. I will be buying more of these for the future.

I put the mouth guard in boiling water per the instructions and then in my mouth to create a custom fit. I decided to get an anti-snoring chin strap as well to hold my jaw in place so the mouth guard would not fall out. This combo worked immediately. (I don't know that the mouth guard would fall out, but I haven't tried it without the strap.) The morning after I used it for the first time my wife said I did not snore at all. Try this before trying an anti-snore chin strap. It sets your teeth/jaw in a position that does not allow the airway to sag/constrict.

It's allergy season (snoring season in my house!) and with this, no more snoring. It was weird getting used to something in my mouth at night, but after the first two nights, I got over that and have gotten MUCH more solid sleep. So has my husband--he no longer has to listen to the chainsaw that was me sleeping! Worked so well, I ordered a second one so I have it immediately available when this one wears out.

This may have helped with my snoring and even my grinding....but it was much to bulky. It's just the same as a sports mouth guard really. I woke up frequently (once I was able to get to sleep). It's not that much different then others I've seen now, I just don't understand how you are supposed to sleep comfortably like this.

Nah, doesn't work at all. Even if I magically didn't spit it out in my sleep, I have a snoring monitor app, it shows that I start snoring even right after I fall asleep. Presumably before I spit this way too big and uncomfortable, and suffocating, thing out. And yes, I did the whole hot water adjustment thing, but this mouthpiece is just awful.

It's okay for a few months. Lost it's effectiveness at stopping snoring/stopping mild apea or UARS. It's comfortable, but the material just loosened to the point where it functions as only a mouthpiece and not a MAD mouthpiece.

Breathing hole too small, had to enlarge. Very easy to obstruct with lip while sleeping. If you like waking up coughing and choking, this is the mouth piece for you!
