DecoArt DS69C-3 One Step Crackle Carded Paint, 2-Ounce

I like how easy it is to use with the one coat. However, I really wanted larger cracks to show on my wooden ornaments. They still came out great if you like very small crackle effect! I will buy it again.

It's a good product and is the best crackle I've ever used. However, it's very hard to find now for some reason. I used to be able to walk into my local craft store and pluck it off the shelf.It took FOREVER to get it. I missed using it on a Halloween project that had a deadline.That is why I cannot give it 5 stars.

It did not crackle, best way I can describe, is the paint bubbled up a little bit. I tried several times and was not happy with results at all. I wanted a distressed look and got shiny glossy bubbles.

Works great, easy to use, one step. Can add more for more effect (I did). Dries withing a few hrs, Paintable. Very fast shipping.

Applicandolo abbondantemente (come altri tipi di crackle per avere le crepe più grandi) ho avuto le crepe minuscole di 0,5-1 mm, praticamente inutilizzabili (forse solo sugli articoli di bigiotteria). Per ottenere le crepe un po più "decenti", di 2-3 mm, si deve applicare uno strato spessissimo, circa di un 1mm (e se la superficie non è perfettamente piatta, ovviamente lo strato diventa non omogeneo, scorrendo). Tra l'altro non si può fare sopra la vernice finale (acrilica, d'acqua - nel mio caso per parquet), quando si asciuga si stacca tutto! Considerate, che il prodotto arriva dagli Stati Uniti, e quindi, ci mette più di un mese..
