I'm very disappointed. I had previously ordered a medium bun maker from a different seller and while I really like that other one, I have a lot of hair and so came back to Amazon to look for a larger one. I ordered a LARGE BROWN one from this seller. More than 2 weeks later I got a weird looking package in the mail from China. I hadn't realized I was ordering something that cost like $5 all the way from China. My 1st thought was man, I can't believe how much carbon went into the air to ship me this tiny little thing all the way from China. My next thought was I wonder how many people on the way from China saw my cell phone number that was printed on the outside of the package. My 3rd thought after I opened it was 'gross' since there was a black hair stuck to the tape wrapped around the plastic holding the hair thing. Then I saw that it was a SMALL, BLACK bun maker. It's going in the garbage, along with the cheapest looking pony tail holder and hair clip that I've ever seen which came with it. I'll try to find a large one somewhere locally.

We ordered this product in early February and did not receive it until nearly the middle of March. It was to be used for a bun for a dance competition. We had to come up with another solution. I had contacted the company and expressed my disappointment. They apologized and refunded my money. I was appreciative of their attempt to make me happy but I will not purchase something again if it is coming from out of the country.

I have very thick heavy hair and have always had a tough time with getting my hair to stay up. I am also not likely to use anything that is too time consuming. This has been great. It makes it very easy to create a nice shapely bun and it literally takes me two minutes. The instructions were not very comprehensive, it may be self explanitory to some but I'm a complete beginner with this and wasn't sure how to wrap my hair around it at first but I was able to find a great video on youtube and after doing it once, found I could do it myself quite easily.

I was actually quite surprised!! After reading the reviews, my expectations were a bit low for this case. once it arrived, I was glad I chose to order this case. It looks just like the picture and covers all parts of the phone, and there is no problem pushing ANY of the buttons. For $8, you really can't go wrong, it's very cute and vibrant. Certainly would recommend.

This is a great accessory to make an easy bun. Takes less than 5 minutes to make a perfect bun. Easy to use for simple elegant hairstyle. Fast shipping too.

item was shipped promptly. item was well packaged. This item does not work very well on very fine hair. ok

So this took forever and wasn't the right color or size. Contacted seller and didn't get any word back from them. Didn't wanna waste the time trying to get it straightened out. Found cheaper at my local Claire's in the mall.

This is great. I was struggling with the sock bun.. the sock wouldn't always work right. This is 100% all the time it works. Looks great. It is close to matching my hair Colorado.. and I can stick my pins right threw it. Love this!
