I bought these skewers specifically to make kabobs on an indoor grill. They are flat, stainless steel and easy to use. The ends are sharp so you need to be careful, but the meat slides easily onto the skewer. They were easy to turn on the grill using tongs, and don’t move around because they are flat. I hand washed them with dish soap, and clean up was relatively easy. I read a review about rust. I haven’t had that problem, but I don’t let them soak in water, or put them in the dishwasher. The 6 skewers nest together for storing, but it would be nice if they came with a storage case.

Great quality, easy to use and to clean! The edges are sharp so you’re not fighting with the skewers long to get the food items onto them!

These skewers are nice. They’re easy to hold but the handles and near the handles can be difficult to clean.

I bought these after burning a set of wooden skewers trying to grill shrimp. Forgot to wet them… now it’s simpler. Will probably buy a second set.

These skewers really work to prevent vegetables, shrimp, etc. from spinning around when turning them on a grill. This is because the rods for threading food aren't round, but have two flat sides. Easy to handle with tongs, and clean well.

These work great for grilling kabobs. The flat skewer makes turning kabobs for even cooking so much easier. The wider, flat skewer prevents your veggies, fruit and meats from just spinning on the skewer when you turn them to cook on the other side. We bought some smaller square shaped ones in the past but they were no better than round ones. Just run them through the dishwasher afterwards and you’re ready for the next cook.

I had used bamboo skewers before, but they always allowed the pieces to rotate, so I used two at a time. I decided to switch to these metal ones, and I like them a lot better. I used them with meat, mushrooms, onion, bell peppers, and everything stayed in place. Their handle could be improved, but anyway they are much better than the bamboo ones.
