This is a good quality item
This is a good quality item. I have a medium sized head and this band fits loosely, even with the baseball cap running through it. So some cold air seeps in. It wouldn't be a bad idea if they made a couple different sizes. But overall, I'm satisfied.

Good concept but a little lacking. Doesn't fit well on all hats and the band that goes under the brim of the hat gets in the way.
