Beautiful, Intricate Patterns that are fun and thought provoking
I love this adult coloring book. It’s not for children! It has beautiful, intricate pictures that take a while to complete. I typically use colored pencils to work on my pictures during the evening while my husband works on his crossword puzzles or watches TV

Great product and worth the cost!
Very high quality coloring book. Nice thick pages, including a blotter page to tear out and put between the coloring pages for alcohol based markers to prevent bleed-through. The tops of the pages are perforated in case you want to remove a page and use it or do something else with it, and the artwork is great. Out of the various adult coloring books I've purchased, this is one of the better quality one's to date! I'll be excited to see what other styles they have when I finish this one!

Perfect adult coloring book
This book was perfect for what I wanted. I love the spiral top. It makes it easier to hold when you’re using your pins on it. Love it!

This book is a WIN!!!!!
ABSOLUTELY BUYING IT AGAIN!!! It comes with a blotter page so that when using markers the ink doesn’t bleed through and ruin other artwork. The paper quality is good, stiff, glossy card-stock that makes markers glide smoothly over the surface in a lovely way. There is a satisfying range of varying styles of mandala from simple to complex and the designs are crisp and concise and consistent, some with basic simple lines and some with striking black contrasting spaces already colored in for you for a more dramatic, bold looking mandala! The paper does not bleed much so marker colors wont bleed through the black outlines into the next space which is really nice. The book is a hard-covered, sketch-pad style book which makes coloring left handed (if you happen to be a lefty) a piece of cake! No book bindings to get in your way! Each page is serrated at the top giving you the option to tear out the pages for photocopying purposes should you wish to color one design more than once or for framing pieces you are particularly proud of! I personally think the book is so gorgeous I prefer to leave the pages in tact so that when it’s full all the beautiful art will remain together; Not IF but WHEN I want to color them again I most DEFINITELY WILL BE BUYING THIS BOOK AGAIN! 💖

Beautifully put together collection of Mandala designs in well made, top bound spiral coloring book.
Try this coloring book! Yes, adults can enjoy coloring, too. I first brushed off the idea of coloring to keep mind off chronic pain until a friend gave me one. After looking at it for a couple months because I thought it was silly, I finally tried it & found myself an hour later still coloring. This book has a variety of designs for all abilities of artistry. Beginners to pros will find this enjoyable. Also great for keeping busy while waiting for appointments. This coloring book is well made & the spiral binding at the top is best in making coloring the whole page easier. The binding at the top allows the page to be flat when opened. Paper is heavy & perforated for easy tear out for framing. Color pencils work well. Markers or watercolors have bled through so keep in mind when choosing your coloring medium & use a scrap page behind to protect the next page from the bleed through colors. I do enjoy the watercolors & use a plastic protection sheet. Give this book a try and let me know how it worked for you. You'll be surprised how fun coloring can be! Be creative & unleash your inner artist.

Solid Spiral notebook, heavy cover, not flimsy
The notebook is of a good solid weight, with good spirals at the top, that work very well, and don't catch. The cover is solid and allows you to work with the book comfortably in your lap, without needing any other support. The Mandala's are nice, I would have liked to have seen fewer that were defined by such small lines, any I do not own fine tip gel ink pens. I also wish that the amount of black shaded in areas were not as often used in the designs. The last grump is the price of nearly $20 that I paid for the book, however, it IS a good quality with excellent paper, and numerous pieces, so I can see the justification of the price. 4/5 stars

For Someone Who Doesn't Like Mandalas...I May be a Convert!
The first thing to know about the way I color is...I am not overly fond of mandalas. I like looking at the way others color them, but not for my own personal coloring style. So why in the world would I buy an expensive coloring book of mandala art??? Primarily, I bought it for the paper. I have watercolor pencils, and when I use them in most coloring books, I end up buckling the paper somewhat at best, to actually bleeding though through the paper at worst (when I color in the books that are basically copy paper). I liked the patterns in this book because while they had some small areas, they were not super-intricate -- the size of the book allowed for a more complex-looking design without having tiny spaces (mostly). While I haven't tried any alcohol makers, I have used regular colored pencils, my watercolor pencils, water-based markers and gel pens (some of which were quite juicy) and no bleed through or buckling. While I don't think this paper would take a wet watercolor technique without some buckling, the water that I added using the watercolor pencils worked fine. I expect regular alcohol markers would bleed through (seeing as alcohol markers bleed through everything), but I think the technique of adding some alcohol after (with a blender pen) to smooth out the colored pencil would have minimal bleed-through. Another reason I bought this book was because the pages were single-sided. This means that if I really want to break out my alcohol markers (or use the alcohol blender over colored pencils), I can, as long as I have a protector sheet underneath. And to be honest, I am not a huge fan of full-page spreads anyway, or double-sided printing. And finally, the spiral binding is great, especially for mandalas. I can easily move my book around the pattern without a spine awkwardly getting in the way. It looks like I will really enjoy doing mandala coloring now, which is high praise from me.
