initially I did have a few problems with the fan ( mostly terrible instruction/directions) but the manufacturer/sales company did freely and quickly offer me help.It is very pretty, blows lots of air for a fan it size, and the crystal baubles in the center are very nice.

We love the design, the retractable blades, and the lighting options which add such a beautiful, while very useful, addition to our great room. We purchased 2 fandeliers for a very large space. The crystals are stunning and live up to the online photo. They are the perfect touch for look & function in our space.They are a little challenging to install & we found it necessary to hire a licensed electrician.

Great and most beautiful fan that I ever have and excielient seller's support with fast responde and guidelines direction for the installation.
