Great in UniFi gear
I purchased this after the 10Gtek module I previously used auto-negotiated to 5GbE over Cat8 copper and wouldn’t accept forcing it to 10GbE. I plugged this in and it immediately went to 10GbE. And an added bonus not seen with the 10Gtek modules: This one reports temperature, voltage, and amperage. My experience is with Ubiquiti Networks gear so your mileage may vary.

Working with Intel x520 NIC
I just wanted to provide positive functionality with Intel x520 NIC and Netgear 10G Switch (GS110EMX). Time will tell if it is well built but at this point it all looks good.

Maybe not compatible with my netgear router's SFP. Customer service is responsive though.
Bought this to use my Nighthawk’s sfp jack, but the router wouldn’t recognize it. Customer support immediately contacted me to help troubleshoot. Good company.

Works with cm2000 2.5g port
So I have a 1200mbps from plan from xfinity and with netgear cm2000 with 2.5g port.Though I know x10 r9000 10 sfp+ port don't negotiate other speeds, but when I plugged this sfp+ in and hooked to my 2.5g port on the modem, the modem LED became blue. (white for 1g, blue for 2.5g)And after several speed test i was able to get 1400mbps... strange but I think it works... couldn't get that speed with 1gig wan port on x10 before...

Works with Netgear X10 R9000
Purchased to use in the SFP+ slot of the Netgear X10 R9000 as a WAN port for internet. Has been working perfectly for a week now. Using current latest router firmware version 1.0.5.28. Speed test from the QoS setup page shows 1405.82 download and 41.79 upload connected to Arris S33 with 1200mb Xfinity.

Working in an Aruba Instant-On 1930
Getting ~9.22 Gbps iperf3 results from the client (~45 ft Cat6 run) & host across my switch. The client NIC is using an ASUS XG-C100C, the host is using an Mellanox ConnectX-3.It runs hot, but that seems to be common with these 10GBase-T transceivers. Just let it cool down (or wear gloves) if you need to remove it, it's not complicated.

Works Well with Brocade ICX 6610
Nobody else in here mentioned compatibility with Brocade switches so I wasn't certain it would work. I had assumed it would since brocade switches aren't known for being picky about SFP modules. I have it in a Brocade ICX 6610 going to an Intel X540 T1 NIC in my PC, I'm using CAT5e because that's what I already had and am getting full 10gig.
