You can't beat this price for a set of fat grips and they do the job. High quality rubber, they add a whole new dimension to my workout; and the fact they came with the free gift of wrist wraps was a definite plus.

Great grips! I use these on my pull-up bar. I replace the foam grips as they blow out. Not much to it, simple and sturdy. Wrist wraps were useless to me but for 8$ for the grips I didn't feel one bit bad about giving the wraps away. Definitely make pull-ups more challenging. You'll notice sore but stronger hands and forearms. Should last forever.

The grips are nice and I can definitely tell a difference when training with them.

Just as good as the expensive ones

My boyfriend loved these!! Looks exactly as pictured and was delivered within the quoted time frame. The wrist bands help to keep his wrist in place and the grips help him grasp the weight for more effective results. Easy to use. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
