This is my absolute favorite scotch bonnet sauce. Tons of flavor with manageable heat!

This hot sauce is amazing. Excellent flavor, mild heat, and pairs well with many dishes. I will definitely be buying more of these.

First tried this hot sauce years ago in a squeeze bottle and actually prefer that over this glass bottle because it is goopy/more viscous/less runny than most other hot sauces. Be prepared to spend a fair amount of time holding the bottle upside down to get hot sauce out of it. Definitely a first world problem. The flavor is amazing and is one of the best examples of what well-grown scotch bonnets taste like (like habanero but fruitier)!! The hot sauce balances the dominant scotch bonnet flavor with acidity and very slight sweetness perhaps from the peppers themselves. The sweetness makes me think this hot sauce will caramelize well on a grill or stovetop and would be great for spicy chicken, fish or whatever. It is about as spicy as an habanero hot sauce. Definitely one of my favorite hot sauces (like top 5) from probably hundreds and try to keep it stocked as long as the price is reasonable.

Good product. Has that floral mildly sweet taste that comes with scotch bonnet and habenero type peppers.. I'm glad the sugar they added isn't overpowering its not too sweet but it is very hot. On a 1-10 scale I'd say about a 7 or so. I would have gave it 5 stars but it does contain quite a bit of seeds. I prefer hot sauce to be strained a bit. That being said if you enjoy the flavor of scotch bonnets and want a sauce that isn't overpowered with garlic sugar and spices then this is the sauce for you.

Fast delivery. This is a gift for my son. We had this hot sauce in Cayman and he loved it; as did we! Can't wait to surprise him at Christmas! Too bad we are not sitting by the ocean enjoying it as we did on vacation...but it will make us remember our amazing trip!

Really flavorful and spicy how he likes it!

I was having lunch at Rackam's Waterfront Bar & Grill in Grand Cayman and ordered a Chicken Wrap. I saw a bottle of this sauce on the table and decided to take a chance and added it to my wrap. You have got to be kidding!! I will never eat a chicken wrap or chicken taco without this sauce ever again. We don't have this anywhere I could find in PA so I ordered it online. My little brother tasted it and demanded a bottle himself, so it looks like I need to place another order.

The product is great. But I have a problem. One of the 2 bottles seems to have blown up in transit. The packing was very good but 1 bottle, after opening the box and unwraping the bubble wrap, had the bottom over the bottle broken off. Some packaging has problems at 5200 feet after bottling a sea level. I have not ask for a repalcement.
