I loved this product while it was working. It completely died after about 2 and half months of use.*Update 12/18/20 - I am increasing my overall rating to 5 stars instead of the original 1 that I had given this product. Reason: The company that sold this to me read my review and contacted me on their own to make it right for me. Since I had purchased another brand to try they have offered me a refund for my troubles which we are in the process of completing . Because of this excellent customer service I will definately buy from this company again.

This is the first time I try water flosser so I started with this one. This item is cheap and does the work. There are 3 different programs but I always use the soft one. It is a little messy at the first try but when you get use to it, it is easy to use, clean very well and you can tell the difference after cleaning. Battery is also good, overnight charging and it is good for more than one week. Recommend!

The first mode is very strong. Second mode is for sensitive people and third is massage.Came with plenty of tips. More than I'll ever need.Perfect addition to my fairywill tooth brush!

After last dental appointment it was suggested I put a water pick into my daily oral hygiene routine. After looking at numerous models I chose this one and glad I did. Although it takes some time to get the hang of things, this little guy does the trick. I can feel the difference in my mouth from using this. Under magnifying glass I don’t see the build up of tarter as in the past. (And I’m a daily flossed so it’s amazing what was still getting left behind.). This is my second Fairwell product the first being an electric travel brush. Highly impressed with both products and highly recommend.

I really enjoy using this product it leaves my teeth feeling clean. I have a probable one and I brought almost 15 years when I travel in Japan. It is made by Panasonic and very small size run with 2AA batteries. I been looking for years and never find anything similarly. This one is run with rechargeable batteries and can't believe it is so powerful. It really work exceed my expectation and more effective than I thought . Forgot to said I spent over US$100 for my Panasonic 15 years ago -- this one is great price & good vaule.

Two days ago I plugged the unit in to charge and within 30 minutes it started making a loud vibrating/humming noise. I went to pick it up and it was VERY hot to the touch. I unplugged and attempted to turn on - no luck.Turned it on again last night and it worked for about 5 seconds and then heated up and shut down. I'm afraid if I'd left it plugged in it would have created a fire hazard. Now I'm all of 8 days past the "return policy date". Not happy and the customer service is, well as you would expect an answering machine with an accented voice - I'm going to continue to try to contact them and see what they will do to resolve this. If positive, I'll update accordingly.

So disappointed- first one worked for about three months - then would not charge. Customer service was great - they replaced it- but now after about 3 months again - will not charge. Really?? Only good for 3 months ? The electric toothbrush of theirs still works!! And the whitener strips from same brand - but not this flosser.

I have been thinking of a cordless water flosser for some time and finally took a plunge with this one. My deciding factor was us having Fairwell electric toothbrushes which we are very happy with, so I stuck with the proven brand. Delivery was very fast. Product was exactly as described and we have now been using it for about a week. I am very happy with it. It handles very well, has a big enough water reservoir and I really like the three functions for clean, soft and massage/clean. This flosser left my mouth very clean, I am actually very surprised that it not only helps with food particles between teeth but with tarter build up as well. My teeth look cleaner and whiter. The extra tips are super handy and convenient to distribute in the family. We have not had to re-charge the flosser yet. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. I no longer have to buy disposable flosser picks. I may actually have to purchase another one for our second bathroom! :)

歯医者に歯間ブラシを勧められましたが痛くてできなかったため悩んだ末、洗浄器を探していて評価も高く充電使用日数も21日と高いこちらを試したところ洗浄力もかなりあり強弱の調整できるため歯間ブラシはもう使えません。

In addition to toothbrush just perfect.I have very low space between teeth so dental floss has been a torture for me every evening before I purchased this machine!
