Flexible top jacket
I bought this to wear for golf on the really cold days but It is not as warm as I expected it to be, hence the rating.It is really flexible and does not impact ones swing, but requires you to address the level of cold by your mid and base layers.I still like it, but would have preferred it to be slightly more substantial.
