Works with power extension cable! 3.5mm x 1.35mm DC Plug
For anyone who wants a power cable extension: The Belkin Dual Wireless charging pad 10W uses a barrel plug connector: 3.5mm x 1.35mm 3.5mm diameter measures from outer edge to outer edge 1.35mm diameter measures from inner edge to inner edge Here's the cable I am using to extend the original 4ft power cable that ships from Belkin: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CN4SBLA?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Many people ask for exact dimensions of the connector plug, even on the Belkin website. I wish Belkin would publish this info along with other product specifications. But a bit of research and a guess when I ordered the extension cable was confirmed when I plugged-in the extension cable. I do like this wireless charger for its simplicity, especially with the extension cable. It charges an iPhone 13 and Sony WF-1000XM4 wireless earbuds.

Makes weird sound when it occasionally works
No matter what I put on it to charge (airpods, iphone, galaxy) none charge reliably with this. The lights will turn on white but then turn orange indicating that it’s not charging. When it does charge a device, it makes a sound that’s not loud but very annoying. Has never worked well since I purchased in 2020 but now I’ve just decided to throw it away and get a different better wireless charger from any other company that’s not belkin. Overpriced piece of junk and their other wireless chargers that they have for sale aren’t worth their price premium over competitors either.

Works well when phone is placed correctly on it.
Very nice and convenient. Sometimes the phone won’t charge if it is not placed correctly on the charger. Has to be perfectly level if the phone has no case and will slide off the sweet spot for charging. Only happens occasionally and only the one phone that had it's case taken off because of a grip on the back. Other than that, I really like it.

Perfect for a work desk
This wireless charger is great to put on a desk for each charging while you are working. We did end up getting a defective one at first, but easily exchanged it with Amazon and have had this one for a couple years now.

Hard to use, money better spent elsewhere.
When you get your phone perfectly aligned on the charging pad, it charges just fine. However, it’s somewhat difficult to get your device aligned properly, and I found it would not work at all on my phone that has a thicker mag safe case. We still use it to charge my wife’s phone, however with some trial and error to align it just right, and for mine I switched to a MagSafe charger.

Not a great first impression for wireless chargers
This is the only wireless charger I've ever owned. I've used it for a year on my nightstand before writing this review. For me, the convenience of plopping a device down and forgetting about it is WAY overshadowed by the idiosyncrasies of this device. Looking at others' reviews, it seems not all wireless chargers are this annoying, but what do I know? I don't have another point of reference. When devices are placed right, it charges well. If you can get used to the shape of your devices, like by using the camera bump as reference, you'll make it work. It looks decent. I trust Belkin when it comes to not overheating or damaging devices, or setting my bedroom on fire. It's priced well. I don't have an opinion on charge rate, as I almost exclusively charge overnight, and prefer to charge as slow as I can to reduce wear on the battery (probably good for it even if it's rated for fast charging). If I don't place the device on correctly, it may APPEAR to charge at first, but stop charging once you walk away. If the device is placed slightly off, the light indicator on the charger will first light up to indicate that it IS charging (white), then switch to orange (error) after a solid 10-30 seconds. So you can never be 100% sure that your device will really be charged after you walk away and return minutes or hours later. If you need to be 100% certain, like if you're traveling the next morning, you better check the charger to see it's not in an error state a minute or so after placing your devices on it. What's the point? If I have to coddle it so much, I might as well plug in a cable. It's way quicker, way more reliable, and easier to do in the dark.

Awesome!
This is the best charger! I can set both my phone and air pods on this charger without having to feel around for a certain spot and they start charging right away. Definitely worth the money!

As advertised
I like this device. I have purchased this as a 2nd unit. My wife like to use it to charge our phones and finds this unit easy to use.
