Espalma Signature Zero Twist Cotton Bath Towel - Peony

My first 'zero twist' towel purchase. Most happy with Espalma, the fabric and most of all the performance. They have laundered well, no snags (yet) and comfy to body. I will buy more.

Simply amazing soft wonderful towels. Long lasting.

I purchased 3 of these the first of Jan, and was pleased when they arrived in a timely manner. They looked good, and were thick for the price, however when I first washed them, bare spots the size of a nickel showed up on 2 of the 3 towels and 2 of the 3 bath mats I had purchased. They were at least decent enough to send a pre-paid shipping label, but gave me some hassle about "my washer or a pet must have done the damage", even though no pet and no problems before or since with washer. They did finally send me replacement towels, which I washed promptly with no problems. Already the ones I had still are paler than the new ones, after only a few washings.They are however plush and seem absorbent, and the color (peach)was impossible to find locally, though the price is higher than I'm used to paying, so in general I'm happy with them.The stitching along the sides is already starting to come loose in places, but I just didn't want to deal any further with the company. I'm starting to get the feeling many companies are cutting back on their quality assurance departments and simply wait for the customer to complain.

Third time buying the fuzzy, soft towels. A little trouble getting all the towel sizes to match color. They should sell these as a bundle: Two over-sized, 2 regular-sized, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths.

These towels are great, big and fully i've had them for 6 months now and they have withstood many washes with no problems.

two things: waste of money BIG TIME!!1. i got purple color towels after reading nice reviews and now my entire bathroom is filled with purple dust! cause towels SHED!! shed like crazy!! you whole bathroom, your skin, everything will be covered with fluff!! and i washed them 3 times already - to no avail! towels keep shedding! 2. after i washed them 3 times not only they shed - threads are coming out, so there are places on towels now with sticking out thread... please mind that i wash my dark clothing, e.g. those towels in gentle cycle and cold water... so seriously? those semi-expensive towels only look nice for 1 wash? cause clearly after 3 washes they look like 100 years old:(.biggest waste of money - i am starting to question authenticity of all those reviews:(.
