I purchased this to give my homemade daikon radish pickle color. We eat this pickle in Korean and Japanese food and it is difficult to find the store bought type without a load of artificial everything in it. The color was amazing, a very successful pickle. Will be back to buy more

it arrived fast.it looked,smell, clean and tase fresh.i made a tea out of it after i ground it in blender.i used 1 tea spoon full ,boiled it in 2 cups & boiled to go down to 1 cup.i drink it.it brought immidiate coolness to my heart.i could feel the pressure of my heart.it had a bright red color so it tells me its fresh potent and full of antioxidents.it is little expensive and its not certified organic so i am taking one star off.

Bought these to make naturally-sources dye for yarn, it gave great color. Lots and lots of pigment, this amount would yield enough dye for kilos and kilos of yarn I'd guess.
