I really like cup 4 cup flour it makes really good biscuits cookies, muffins an if you are gluten free kinda person and want something that will work for you. I choose this kind of flour it don't leave your bread or biscuits dents I don't like a lot of gluten free breads, because they are hard an not soft and cup 4 cup makes the best breads biscuits muffins without leaving a nasty taste behind because you used nut flavor flour. I don't want my bread tasting like nuts unless I put nuts in my muffins or biscuits. It's ok if you like bob mill's flour but I don't, this flour works for me and my husband is learning to eat gluten free he don't have no more pain because of it. I am a gluten-free cottage baker in the Central Texas area (Mad Batter Custom Cakery on Facebook) and Cup4Cup is my go-to flour for 90% of my baking needs from cakes to biscuits, and cookies to pies. I love the texture it gives my baking and its versatility for a variety of different products. I was SO happy to discover it was available in bulk on Amazon. Will definitely be ordering again and again as long as it's available like this!

I love this flour! It's amazing and everything but 1 has been literally perfect. The 1 that wasn't was cinnamon rolls and I think it was more my fault and added too much flour. They were still delicious, just a little dry. It's obviously more pricey than regular flour but I'll be buying in bulk again! This bag absolutely got us through many bakes at Christmas time.

Works as expected. I have made scones, cookies, waffles, egg noodles and rolls with this. It has worked well! I will purchase it again. It is not as grainy as some other brands I have used. So far this has been my favorite Brad I have tried. That is why I got the 25 pound bag for the holidays.

I use this flour to replace wheat flour in all my recipes. Does a great job. Will not buy any other type of gluten free flour!

If you cannot eat wheat flour, this will be the best thing to happen to you since sliced (gluten free) bread. Pretty much anything you bake with Cup 4Cup tastes just like it does with wheat flour. The exception is loaves of bread. The flour just doesn't have the ability to rise well enough to make a real loaf of bread. But if you can be happy with cakes, cupcakes, muffins, and dinner rolls, you will love this stuff. It's pretty amazing.

Been using it in place of regular flour in my baking recipes or anytime I need flour...don't have to any or mix anything additional...definitely is a cup 4 cup. Makes great biscuits and cookies....can't tell the difference in taste. Buying bulk is cheaper and I am able to share with another family member who is gluten free.

My wife is a celiac and has to avoid wheat products. She believe this to be the best gluten free flour available and she has tried many. It's a direct substitution for regular flour; no other recipe changes are required. A great product.
