Product was packaged well, arrived quickly. Easy to install, no problems with misaligned holes. So far, working perfectly.

Unfortunately, this water valve did not last even one day. After installation, the washer immediately started showing the 4C error. When 120V is present on the hot water valve, water stops flowing after about two minutes of filling. You can clearly hear the coil humming, but no water is coming through. This indicates that the valve is defective and fails under normal operating conditions. Very disappointed with the quality.

Reviews indicated poor fit are accurate. Screw holes don’t line up exactly. Simple cure is the self tapping screws that are already used. No need to drill anything. The green seals were initially an issue on first attempt. The hot water still leaked as before. Removed and then reinstalled taking more care to fit all connections and then success. Easy installation following YouTube video only needed screwdriver and pliers. This replacement part was a bargain compared to Samsung OEM at $169. Also solved water mixture problem. I now can use warm not just cold or hot selections. Yea!

Excelente producto

Identical to the old one. My washer was overfilling. Replaced this and the water pressure sensor after watching installation videos. Fixed now for cheaper than a repairman. I don’t think this was the actual problem but my old one had a couple cracks anyway, so good to replace it. Took about 20 min to install both parts. The water jet inside the tub for pre-washing has a lower flow than the old one, but I think the old one was starting to fail.
