The Original British Walkers Men's Playboy Low Cut Oxford Shoe

Really nice shoes. Throw back to the playboy shoes I wore in the 1970s but with a modern fit and improved wear resistant "hard rubber" soles. I prefer the hard rubber crepe vs the old school soft gum rubber crepe which would wear out rapidly at the heals. Not much difference in comfort as I can recall. Feels great to wear playboys again - these shoes go well with casual slacks, khakis, or jeans.

The leather uppers of the British Knights was good the rubber around the shoe was terrible I had to replace the sole which cost me over $100 for both pairs the rubber cracked within 6 months which was not good I thought I had a quality product like I had 40 years ago for buying British Knights but the quality turned out to be very bad never buy this product again very sad. I spent $100 for each pair of shoes almost feel like a waste of money I guess I have to work with it I felt it was going to last me for the rest of my life but I guess that's not going to happen.

I wore Playboys as a teen in the 70's. My fond memories of them prompted me to do an online search for them recently and when I found them on Amazon I ordered them. They are still Great Shoes after all these years!!

I ordered the low cut and got the ankle high ones. Fit on these were a little large with the inserts in. Recommend attention to detail for what the customer is ordering.

Good leather shoes easy broken in within a few wears. Rated 4 stars because of their weight, slightly heavy shoes.

Love these shoes but love slip on model even more. Would by again, in blue.Very Impressed. Keep it coming.
