Well written and designed book with a lot of good ideas on diy skills and recipes to replace nasty chemicals in your house.

Practical advice in a fun format!

Small, basic book, handwritten, a how-to on making your own hair care/skin care/household products in an environmentally sustainable way. Also on herbal treatments you can assemble yourself...loved the bit that suggests cloves to battle yeast infections-it really worked and inspired me to give my little one 3 cloves a day to get rid of his intestinal worms- also a total success! Section on gardening as well, but I wouldn't use that if I wanted to start out gardening. Of course you can find a lot on the net als well but I found it cheap, funny and inspiring!
