Best flour in the Universe!!!
The BEST flour money can buy. Non GMO, fresh, delicious flavor, and great for any kind of baking. It makes the most delicious sourdough bread- crusty with tons of air bubbles that just needs butter to melt in your mouth. If you want airy, fluffy pancakes you can't stop eating, buy this now. It's hard to believe it's whole wheat because it's so decadent. I will not use anything else. Thanks Amazon for carrying it, so I don't have to drive across the country to get it.

America's finest flour
This is whole wheat, real wheat, ground in an ultra modern flour mill that has all the value of whole grain. It i raised on family farms in Montana with methods much more current than the old organic standards. We use this flour in all our cooking (dredging meats) to baking. It has marvelous flavor and texture. We prefer the No Knead slow rise flavor enchancing system of making bread. It is a taste that is reat. It is long lost in most flours. You will love this flour if you like real wheat flavor.

It's hard to find whole white wheat flour in large ...
It's hard to find whole white wheat flour in large bags. Whole white wheat is different than whole wheat, which is actually red wheat and a lot coarser. I make my own bread, and my kid complains when I make regular wheat bread... unless I make it with this.

What a good buy for me!!
I have been buying this from my local store or 8.00 for 5 pounds. I was thrilled to find it on amazon for cheaper with prime shipping! Awesome!! Love this flour for the whole wheat with a lighter sweeter flavor....awesome for baking and everyday cooking!

Fantastic!
I made a sourdough starter with this flour which has turned out wonderfully. It is a nice light whole wheat flour. My Naturopath recommended Wheat Montana because it is wheat like it should be. Old fashioned wheat without as much gluten as modern strains. I have found it easy to work with. I and my family very much enjoy the flavor and texture of all the products I have made with it.

I love this flour!
I'm very happy I found this flour because white whole wheat is hard to find. I make sourdough bread every day and I use this flour as regular one in cakes, cookies and other recipes.
