Perfect clamp for those "one inch" bars that are no one inch. They are 28mm. A little bit more than a inch.
I try to use a one inch clamp on my bar and they never work so here is the best clamp for you if your one inch clamps doesn't fit your "one inch bar or dumbbells" 28 mm.

Nice collar but its actually a little too big. Fits non threaded bars better but slides on & off when its locked...
