Made in Britain?
This may be a good product. The problem is that it claims to be made in Britain but this doesn't seem to be true. The address on the package is a small firm of Chartered accountants in Wembley. I looked on google street maps and there is no "lab" in sight.Their website quotes an address on an industrial estate in Colchester but the unit is actually occupied by a mail order packaging company called Task Fulfilment Ltd. Again, no "lab" in sight.Given that Amazon takes no responsibility for checking the safety or honesty of such products, for all we know these capsules may contain Spanish cooking oil.My advice would be that it is safer to buy supplements from reputable sellers.

Incredibly cheap and seems to be effective
This supplement is only 7p/capsule and contains 250mg of rosehip extract, equivalent to 5g of the plant.Examine.com recommends that a standard dosage according to clinical trials for joint health is 5-10g of the plant, divided into two doses, so in just 1-2 capsules this supplement does provide an adequate, clinically-relevant dosage which should reliably improve symptoms of osteoarthritis. For myself and various members of my family, we have suffered with joint health issues for a number of years, and I am regularly taking a number of supplements since going to physiotheraphy a couple of years ago.I've only used rosehip once before and it seemed to have a small positive influence on my ankle pain, but that was at a much lower dosage than this.Since taking this for a few weeks, I can say that there has been a noticable reduction in ankle discomfort, which seems to be getting better every day.I will continue to take this until I run out and then will buy more, as it does seem to have a good impact on my joint health, and is incredibly cheap, so why not try it?

Not all that effective
I did really like the packaging on this product; the tablets came in an oblong box which fitted neatly through the letterbox, unlike the usual round or square ones. The lid holds well but is easy enough to open. The capsules are quite large and a bit hard to swallow; they also didn't taste all that pleasant, but there was no lingering aftertaste. As to how effective they are, I was not really impressed. I have been taking three a day, and that has had very little impact on my arthritic inflammation. I have had more effective relief from rosehip and ginger teas. They are also not very useful as a vitamin supplement - while taking them I have started to feel more tired and rundown than normal, and have had some trouble with skin eruptions, which my usual vitamin supplement keeps well under control. So on the whole, while the packaging is well done, the contents are not that helpful.

Interesting possibility for reducing arthritis pain.
Although research on the effects of taking rosehip extract is limited I think it's worth trying it out to see whether it can reduce the pain in arthritic ankle. Rosehips contain a number of anti-inflammatory substances so I'm hopeful. I read that vitamins A, B5, C and E are present , along with some carotenoid pigments. All these seem to play a part in reports of a reduction of arthritic pain. Rosehips are considered safe to eat and the extracts are too. These capsules are small and easy to swallow, with little taste. It will take some time for any benefits to appear so this pack of 120 capsules may not be enough to determine the benefits, especially as the recommended daily dose is up to 3 capsules. If I do get any encouraging signs I'll be buying more. The capsules are supplied in a recyclable letterbox-friendly plastic box, sealed with a small foil strip.

High potency - suitable for vegetarians and vegans...
UK made to GMP standards and GMO free, this pack of 120 Rosehip Extract capsules from xSpan Labs is good value given the high 5000mg potency. They arrive in a useful letterbox friendly pack around 2cm wide and they're suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. The pack I received has a Best Before date of the end of July 2023.Rosehip Extract is naturally rich in A, C and E vitamins and antioxidants. This supplement is also an inti-inflammatory. The suggested serving is 1-3 easy to swallow capsules per day - so if you take just one a day the pack will last 4 months. As I take a wide range of vitamins and supplements, I'm taking one capsule daily and in my opinion this Rosehip Extract is good value for money.

Good Value Rosehip
Obviously great for skin but also a very good all rounder for supporting general immune health and joint health with rosehips being a great source of vitamin C, tannins, fruit acids, pectins, and carotenoids all contributing to this being a very good and powerful antioxidant with both antibiotic and very good anti-inflammatory properties along with decent but safe levels vitamin E (although double check if you're older with a heart condition when it comes to supplementing with vitamin E). Be sure to check the amounts against your current intakes and make sure you're clear about the benefits of both rosehips/vitamin C and vitamin E and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice - if in doubt then consult a professional. If you know this is the right for you right now then this is a fairly god value choice which will last around 4 months if you stick to one a day which is enough for me, so would recommend.
