I expected easier application. All the tugging pulled hairs out. The smell takes some getting used to. It washes out pretty easy and my hair felt really soft afterward.

This stuff is great, I thought I loved no.1 but this is at a whole other level. Great hold great shine. The scent isn't as pleasant but grows on you. Hair feels super healthy.
