I've been experimenting with different vit b12 supps and this is my currently preferred one for ease of use. The taste isn't too bad and the ingredients are pretty good. The amount of b12 is great and in alignment with what medical knowledge considers acceptable. Sometimes I take half dose because that's all you need. They use the better form of b12 thankfully, instead of the cyan form in most other brands, since the cyan form is inferior and some say may have negative affects.

I got these as part of a gifted collaboration. The taste is very sweet and candy-like. The quality is great since they don’t melt together like some gummy vitamins do. They are easy to take. You get a good amount for your money. I feel like they helped my mood slightly as well made me feel less fatigued. It’s hard to speak fully of the performance since I’m pregnant and dealing with a lot of fatigue and nausea. However, these didn’t make me nauseous which is great.

These have good ingredients, you notice it in the texture and taste. Taste is not the best but not everything that is good for you taste great. Good for your body . I get a nice boost in energy.

I LOVE these. I have never tried vitamin B12 before. I was always afraid of the jittery feeling with them being for daily energy. I have taken these for 4 days now with no jittery feeling. However I feel like I have more energy and my brain feels more focused. They are gummies are citrus flavored. The taste reminds me of the orange slices gummy candy. They do not get stuck to your teeth and chew up easy. You are not chewing them forever before swallowing. Highly recommend these. I will continue to be purchasing these.

The texture of the vitamins is very soft, been taking B12 for years. Realized after taking it there was an odd after taste and did not suit me. Why is there seaweed extract in this thing very odd taste.
