The tin was dented upon arrival and the cookies were all broken. The cookies themselves were still amazing. Just glad I didn’t order them as a gift! The cookies were received a day early.

Upon arrival more than 60 % of the ginger snaps were broken (in shipment?) and for the $ spent for this product, I was extremely disappointed. I had no idea where to complain about this, so I wrote it off to experience and probably will never try ordering again like this...the gingersnaps that were not broken were very good, but the cost-proportionate factor overrode the satisfaction. Cookies best of the best. Wife wants a tin at home always and I want one at the office. Problem has been that 1!3 of the tins contents arrive broken in to large, medium and very small pieces, but remain crisp and tasty.

The cookies in this tin were loose, not in sleeves. As a result they almost all broke during shipping.

Second order and would not recommend them to anybody as they come in pieces if you want to eat some with a spoon so great if you really wanna get them where their impact go to world market in Dallas They carry them

When I received the cookies they were broken.

I found five (5) unbroken cookies in the entire tub and it wasn't returnable. I was disappointed. I love these ginger snaps, looks like I'll be purchasing from World Market in the future.

This take me back to my childhood when my Mormor (grandmother) and mom used to bake them ! Love love love!

most of these biscuits were broken should never be posted without decent packaging inside the tin ,waste of money , trying to get a refund from amazon but cant find any links to get it.

Come per le altre recensioni devo confermare che purtroppo i biscotti sono arrivati quasi tutti frantumati e la scatola schiacciata, come foto. Peccato perché sono buoni ma non li ricomprerò. Dovete fare un imballo più accurato anche se ho il sospetto che la scatola sia partita già ammaccata :-(
