Wrapgrade Skin Compatible with DJI Mavic Mini (Madagascar Pearl)

1.10.19 recieved product in perfect condition. They used 3m 1080 vinyl which is not a cheap wrap, and very good quality (I've used this type of wrap on vehicles before) It's and easier to install and more forgiving for first timers kind of wrap, but it has a nice lifespan, U.V., and water rating.Came with directions that were more than adequate. The fit on the cuts was probably about 99% perfect. The color was as described.I only installed the main body of the wrap intentionally. Im placing a reflective/glow cyulux wrap on the legs.No complaints.

This is a well thought out, quality product. There is a good selection of quality colors, and the material, made by 3M seems well suited to the task. The fit is very good, and the only limit to the end product is the user's ability and patience in placing the wrap pieces. I was careful and am pleased with the outcome, but am aware of a flaw or two in my placement. The pieces are intended to overlap slightly but these overlaps blend nicely. In one obvious instance I created a gap and removal & replacement would have been problematic. I cut a small sliver ~2 cm x ~2 mm, placed it over the gap, and it attached nicely and is only visible upon closer inspection.Prior to purchase, the price and the intended outcome are clear. It is possible to re-create the images in the ads for this product, with great satisfaction. You do get what you pay for. That said, though there is easily sufficient material, in reality, the cost for such material must be a slight fraction of what is charged. To improve this product, I would recommend that the company provide 2 wraps for this charge. It would only sightly increase cost to the company and greatly increase customer satisfaction. As far as durability, I have no idea but based on experience to date, I trust the company's claims.

This wrap looks awesome even though it does put the drone over the registration weight limit. Also makes the fit of the drone in the fly more combo case a bit tighter. Overall great quality and there was definitely some thought put into this wrap. Doesn’t fit as perfect as I’d like in some areas but I’d definitely buy another one. One thing I want to mention, when applying this make sure you use a spudger. It’ll make the application much easier while also allowing you to flatten and slight wrinkles that may be in the wrap. Also you can use the spudger to help align the pieces so you’re not touching the adhesive side wearing it out. I’ve attached a photo of what I mean to this review. Definitely recommend!

I love this wrap! Took about 2.5 hours to wrap it. My first time doing something like this so I’m sure it can be done quicker :D It was a little tricky and took patience but I do like that you can peel it up or stretch it to make it fit. So ok, why would I choose blue :D I know, kinda dumb since it’s against blue sky, but I loved the color and with the guards, it shows up good. But I would say going with yellow or orange would be smarter. I have to add, I am a little disappointed, when I removed the guards it ruined the wrap where the guards attach. Also the thickness is nice but the guards have trouble closing over the wrap, I have to push real hard for them to click on. Its ruins the wrap underneath on the arms. But Overall Im happy with it.

First, the fact that they have taken the time to make a YouTube video walking you through the process is simply genius. No stupid dialogue or music just a clear step by step walk through. It took about an hour and I am totally satisfied. Keep in mind that I am not a model enthusiast, I do not work with this medium at all, and I can really say that I am confident that almost anyone could get this on and have it look really, really good. The quality is also very high, does not rip, and is of strong construction. Highly recommend.

This Skin came in a cardboard type of shipping so it was protected well from bends or rips. Received it with directions & as well as YouTube tutorials helping you step by step, which was a big help. It took me about 2 hrs 12 mins to put this wrap on. Yes it does make the drone more than 249g which is a down fall for this. The drone wrap saids it's perfectly molded for the drone but yet I still see minor imperfections on the wrap job. I give this wrap a Three out of five stars due to the fact it was time consuming, and no matter on how you adjust it or follow the directions through YouTube or the manual you'll still end up with a space. The good side about it is the wrap is very stylish it really changes up the way it looks.

Overall very nice. Great color. Great instructions. Packaged well. My concerns are minor but I wish the skin was more sheer. The seams and overlaps trended to wrinkle and not adhere as well as I would like and the skin trended to be not as pliable as needed. I have seen others that meet these standards. However I would still buy it if I couldn't find anything else. However, to the companies credit they will send you sample skin material to examine.

this is a great wrap! if you apply the skins in order, there are overlaps that make the wrap seamless. all the pieces are very precise and well thought out. on the same level as DBRAND skins. my only complaint is that the underside of the front motors, on the arms, doesn’t have a skin, whereas the rear motors do, odd. overall, fun to apply, fun to look at! would definitely buy more from this seller

I am very, very pleased with my purchase. Wrapgrade skins are of very good quality and they seem to stick well to the drone; for how long? Well, time will say, but the 3M vinyl looks very tough and durable.Wrapgrade sell two kind of skin: partial coverage and full coverage (this one). I wanted to give my drone a unique look, so I have combined two colours: Stealth Black on the full version, combined with Japan Red on the partial coverage.Basically I have followed the instructions given for the full version in black and I have used the red stickers for those that were exactly the same for both. The only one sticker that is not the same is the one that wraps the top of the drone's body. For this, I have used a very sharp knife and cut the red shape on the black one. This way you avoid unneccesary amount of sticker on top of the drone, which in turn, is weight!I recommend that you follow the instructions provided in the package, and that at the same time you watch the Youtube video that also describe the best way to adhere the stickers. My best recommendations are:1. Take your time, be patient and do not rush. Relax and be aware that it will take you about 3 hours to finish it completely.2. Work on a clean table with space enough to move the drone, clear of any unneccesary stuff.3. I recommend that you remove the propellers of the drone. It will make the handling of the drone much easier!4. The stickers can be removed and adhered again, but to certain degree. Therefore, before peeling it from the package, make sure you are taking the right sticker and that you have already observed the reference points where you should commence the adherence (they are marked with blue lines in the instructions and video).5. Get a toothpick stick or something that is thin but not sharp to adhere the vinyl where the finger can't reach. Also use a little cloth (like the ones used to clean the lenses of the glasses) to adhere well the vinyl in some areas.6. I used a pair of tweezers to peel the vinyl from the package and position it provisionally on top of the drone. This way, you reduce the amount of sticky surface touched with your fingers. No matter how clean your fingers are, they can affect to the adherance of the vinyl.Summarising: My first impressions are really good. I cannot say anything about durability yet, but the look of the drone is simply amazing. Please keep in mind that the vinyl adds weight to the drone! My drone right now weights 252 grams. Therefore, it is over the 250 gr allowance in my country. This is not an issue for me, as I have an Operator ID and have done the required tests, but you must be aware of this!In regards to the colours chosen: I regret the tone of black I chosen because it is matt and I would have preferred a glossy finish to match with the Japanese Red, but that's my own opinion.Finally, I would like to clarify that I have NOT been paid or encouraged in any way by the manufacturer to make this review. The content of the review is a reflection of my own unbiased opinion.

The design and nature of the Mavic Mini invariably means that there will have to be quite a few pieces since you essentially can only stick on flat (or almost flat) surfaces. To make life easier, make sure the you work out which side of the transfer sheet refers to the left or right side of the drone, and make sure that the drone is always facing the same way when identifying pieces. You may rightly gather that I turned the drone round at times and therefore forgot which piece went on which side! It's not a real problem but adds wasted time and a little frustration. The end result is worth it!

A comprehensive wrap for your mavic mini.Be prepared to put aside nearly 2hrs to do a proper job on this, and definitely follow the instructions as the order of placing the stickers is crucial to them hiding the worst corners etc.If you look closely you can see the lines and joins, but really I only got this to make it more obvious in the sky and on the ground than the grey.Not 5 stars as some of the cuts aren't quite perfect, no matter how long you take, 5hey just don't sit where you need them to... Nearly perfect though.... And it's a bit pricey imo.

Good quality product that fits well if you take your time and apply carefully.This particular wrap, being so dark, really helps to keep track of the drone easier against the sky/clouds.Only 1 negative I've found is that if you bought the FlyMore combo the propeller guards no longer fit. The design and fit of the guards is so precise that the wrap prevents them from clicking into place.

Don't normally leave reviews so this must be a good product! Thought it was a bit pricey at first for some stickers, but its more than that! Really pleased with the outcome of this custom wrap material.Get yourself a nice drink, a desk or worktop to work at and put some your favourite music on as you take your time to apply each wrap part. They fit extremely well, and look super neat when fitted. I did not get every part exactly spot on, but no matter, it still looks fantastic even though out by the odd millimeter here and there!As for flying the drone...DJI Mavic Mini comes in a light grey and it was too easy to lose sight of. Now in red, it can be easily seen in the sky. Gives me much more confidence flying, especially at distance.This product is worth every penny!
