Definitely a very good product!

This is a well-formulated and comprehensive multivitamin supplement. I especially appreciate the small size of the capsules, which makes them very easy to swallow. The one downside for me is the price. If taken as recommended, the bottle only lasts for one month, which can make it a bit expensive over time. That said, I have a sensitive stomach, and I’ve had no issues tolerating this multivitamin—something I can’t say for many others. Because of that, I may consider purchasing it again in the future.

This is a 30 day supply so you have to take 4 capsules a day to get the full dose. These pills are easy to swallow and there is no bad aftertaste. I always take them with food. These vitamins have the correct form of B vitamins which make them easier to absorb. They seem like a high quality vitamin.

This is a great vitamin with excellent ingredients for immunity support and energy. The percentages are high for most of the nutrients and the serving is 4 capsules. I only take 2, because the energy boost is more noticeable when taking 4. There is a slight smell but it goes away quickly.

Made in the USA... 150 capsules to a bottle - 5 capsules = serving size = 30 day supply. As of today's date, there are 3 pictures in the description, the middle picture is of another product, not this product. The 3rd picture has the supplement fact details for this multi vitamin product. Remarkably, there's no mention of the country of origin, not even down in the Product Details section, which is usually a red flag for me, that almost always means a product is not made in the USA, but this one is, it's on the bottle label. This is a high quality multi vitamin multi mineral formula with all the key nutrients I look for.... and even more importantly, this brand has the "type" of nutrients I'm looking for... or the "form" the nutrient takes.... for example, B12, the best form is methylcabalamin, not cyanocablamin.... cyanocabalimin B12 is the cheaper inferior version, and brands that use that old B12 form, simply do not have their customer's best interest in mind, is how I see it. Same goes for the folic acid.,.. I want the methyl form. And then for the rest of the nutrients in this formula, many of them are branded ingredients, which is a big deal, it ensures the material is top quality and held to a consistent standard, from batch to batch. Great product.

I find that these capsules do help with my energy levels, but I don't enjoy taking 5 capsules a day. I want to take them in the morning to give myself a good boost, but have a difficult time swallowing them as they are larger than normal capsules. I do recommend that you take them with food to avoid stomach upset. I ended up switching them around and take 2 - 3 in the morning with breakfast and then the last 2 - 3 in the afternoon with lunch. This seems to be working better for me and gives me sustained energy throughout the day. I love that these are a natural energy boost without caffeine and that they are helping fill in the vitamin deficits in my diet. They are odorless and flavorless. I find them a little pricey for a 1-month supply, but worth it overall.
