Waterglider International Rectangular Pranamaya Bolster, Organic Cotton

After researching narrow bolsters here on Amazon and on other websites, I found this one to be the best price, as well as longer than most, firm enough and made with quality materials. I ordered 4 in burgundy and 4 in plum to use when I teach yoga in various locations and have to bring the bolsters with me. I've only used full-size bolsters in the past (Hugger Mugger) and love those, but didn't want to have to carry those around all the time. I could get Hugger Mugger or Manduka bolsters at wholesale prices, but this price even beats wholesale of the others! (and I don't like how cushy and lightweight the Manduka bolsters are). So far, I love the burgundy and am excited to get the Plum in a few days (don't know why the shipping was slower with the Plum, but oh well :) )I tested out various yoga poses I teach with the standard size bolster and I can do most of them with this narrower bolster, which is great! I think with a few blocks and some creativity, I can use this bolster in multiple ways to support the body and for restorative yoga. Thank you for having such a great product and for keeping the price low enough to afford several.

Excellent size for restorative work on my back. Firm enough to do good work, while being comfortable enough to endure that work easily.

This is the perfect bolster for me. I am not a fan of the large bulky bolsters. This is perfect for my Yin practice and really well made for the price.

I love this yoga pillow! Great quality, and I love the plum color. However, I neglected to check the size of the pillow, it's more narrow then I expected, but this is a happy mistake! The pillow actually fits more comfortably when I lay on my chest. Large chested gals this pillow is for you!Best wishes,Esther

I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this item. I had read reviews of all of the different bolsters and am glad that I decided on this one. It is very plump and well-made.

As described, also realized that the cover can come off to wash it. Have not washed it yet so I hope cover doesn't shrink.

I bought the bolster to lie on my back, open my arms, as a chest stretch and opener. It is just the right size for this. It supports my head and reaches to the top of my lumbar spine. I am 5'4" tall. It is firm, which I like for the support. Also the height and width are fine. This is just what I was looking for! Satisfied customer!
