So yummy and thicker than a nominally get from a diet drink I wanted more after drinking it as it was so good

Shaker required for mixing
Shaker definitely required to mix the powder with water. My experience with Lighter life products is to use less water for mixing than recommended. I used 130ml instead of 150ml and the resultant shake was of the right consistency for my taste.

Disappointed
In one packet of the shakes Mango flavour it should of contained 4 but only 3 in box.

filling but disgusting
The flavour was aweful and only has an after taste of very dilouted fruit. Had to down a glass of water after.Is pretty filling though i give it that.
