They erase!! Once in awhile I have to apply more pressure to get the ink flow even, but I love that they also have refills. I'm left handed & they dry quickly so no problems blurring. I intend to keep using them as long as they are available. Much better than any other pen I've used.

For a lot of us lefty's, using a pencil to take erasable handwritten notes or simple diagrams meant smudged pages and hands. After years of putting up with that aggravation, I found these Frixion pens. So long smudges! I love these pens. There are several types. The Ball Clicker Retractable is the one I use most often, but they also offer some nicer, "business" styles as well. I really don't like writing with anything else. If you're a lefty, you should definitely try one out.One word of caution: if you leave notes or notebooks in a very hot place - as in car parked in direct summer sunlight all day - for a long time, your writing will disappear. It can be restored, albeit faintly, by placing the note(s) in the freezer for a bit. If you leave the pens with them, you'll have to ditch the ink cartridge and get a refill. I've had no success resurrecting a fried pen. But the refills aren't that expensive.

I bought these for writing events and reminders on my old-fashioned paper calendar. I wanted something I could erase, since it's not unusual for our plans to change. Pencil was no good because the faint gray lines it makes are too hard to see. These pens are the perfect solution and I plan to keep using them from now on.

I love these erasable pens and am a total convert!! But warning...I had a document that sat in a hot car and the ink disappeared. But I put it in the freezer and it came back just fine??!!
