I've fought frizzy hair for as long as I can remember. I've used the Instyler to smooth my hair for years, and it's worked pretty well. However, I think I've recently damaged a section of my hair, compliments of too much heat from the Instyler. My hair is never smoother than when my hair stylist blows it out, but I'm just not good at blow drying. I thought I'd try a blower brush, and did a lot of research. I didn't want to spend a fortune, I just wanted to try something different, easy, and that would put less heat on my hair. Several of the reviews I read for Conair's Dr. Knot were what sealed the deal for me purchasing this. I was surprised how much faster my hair dries, and even though my hair is just about chin length, the brush attachment does an amazing job at smoothing. It seems to be plenty of power without putting too much heat out. I love that it also has settings. I've not mastered the comb lift attachment, but that's not something I really need for my style, which is pretty much your basic smooth bob. The price for something so effective is phenomenal. You don't need to spend over a hundred dollars to get an effective, quality, easy to use brush dryer/styler. Take it from someone who has always struggled with hair that reacts badly to humidity, this gizmo is a gem!

So my mom had one of these and was tired of asking to borrow hers I just bought one of my own, that’s how you know this blow dryer is great; it works well and works on the thickest hair you can find, with the brush piece it straightens your hair like Wow… a must get in my book

I spent many hours looking at reviews & for the price and the reviews I seen, I thought this would be a perfect fit for me. I’ve had my blow dryer for way too long and I’ve been seeing so many YouTubers talk about these all in one blow dryer’s & I had to have one for myself! This was a gift from my mom & I do have to say it definitely is a little bit of a learning curve, but don’t worry you’ll get the hang of it. I chose this one because I love Conair & the I loved the color. I liked that this one had all the settings on the handle , instead of the bottom.Ideal for all hair types, this brush features two heat settings and a cool setting, plus a volumizing attachment; Ceramic coated barrel and ionic generator add volume and shine. I really love that you can detach the head and use the volumizing pick or quickly dry your hair with the end.I really feel that this made my hair more shiny & definitely gave my thin short hair some volume. My tip is to wait until your hair is 80% dry before using the brush to style.Guys this would be a great gift for your girlfriend/ wife for Valentine’s Day with fast shipping & or even her birthday. This would also be a great grift for Mother’s Day.I have chronic pain , fibromyalgia , arthritis & more and I’d say this really helped me personally be able to get that salon blowout without the pain of holding of brush and a hair dryer. This was so helpful! I’m trying to take better care of myself and this makes it easy to do so. I’d recommend getting a heat protectant for any styling product. I love that you can use this on days that you don’t have time to wash your hair as well. I’ve had this for about a month or so now and so far so good & I’d definitely recommend!

I have a long bob and naturally wavy hair that is still somehow fine and limp. I have little patience for doing my hair so I need something easy. I picked this one because of the reviews and the color. Lol I love purple. Lacking coordination for using a blow dryer and a brush, I have tried a few of these over the years with mixed results. This has good power. I was in a hurry so I had fully wet hair and it dried it all in just a few minutes. I like that I can use it with less heat and use the cool setting as well. I didn't use any product and I still got great volume and it looks shiny and smooth. I really liked the cool touch handle on the end. That made it a lot easier to use - especially for the back. The bristles are soft enough to not hurt when you get close to your head - but they did a great job stopping any tangles. The cord doesn't twist up while turning the barrel. Great tool!

This product is okay. I have thick course hair and usually need high heat for a flat iron, curling iron, hot brush to get my hair to be sleek. I used the first revlon for 2 years on my hair. And while some complained that it was too hot. It did the job great on my hair and shortened the time for me to get the job done. It died a month ago so I looked up reviews and saw great things about the knot Dr.I am debating on whether I will return this tool. The tool is light and easy to hold. It blows a lot of air but it is warm air not hot like a blow dryer. It still dried my hair and made it semi straight but I will have to go back over it with a flat iron. It took longer to get it to the dry point since the air isn’t that hot. My hair still looks a little puffy if I decide not to go over it with a flat iron which I suppose is a look I could sport.I think this will likely get returned. I wouldn’t recommend for people with thick course hair. But I think it would be great for people with thinner hair.
