Needed a new cover and really like the look of this and available colors. I was able to get my favorite, purple. It is well made and probably would last a long time. It holds the I-pad very well.Now for the downside. There is no opening at the top right to access the on/off button. Makes it impossible to use this button without extreme pressure. Would have to pop out the right top corner to access. Tried to make an opening with a razor knife and scissors, would not got through the hard plastic, even though this plastic is pliable. Finally had to use a small pair of wire cutters to snip it open. Also the volume buttons on the right side are hard to access even though they fit perfectly in the slot. I have to pop the right corner out of the holder again to access it as my I-pad always want to come on full volume when I use my wireless earbuds. The back cover of the case is attached really close to the plastic making me unable to access these buttons. Should have returned it but since I worked on it, it goes in the trash. I have skinny thin fingers, so that's not the issue. I really wanted to like this case, sadly, it is to much work.

. I really like the color in the pigment of the purple case. However for functionality it gets zero Stars. The stylus holder is too large and all styluses that I've tried slide through even when I place bobby pins to tighten the area. Also it does not stand up on its own at all the lip that it is supposed to press against is just too flat. Sometimes it works but God forbid you blink sneeze or anybody in the room move and it collapses. I definitely would not buy this for functionality. It also is supposedly activates the Wake sleep apparatus on your iPad to save battery dot-dot-dot. It does not do that. It will leave your iPad running on whichever screen you left it on all night. It's very disappointing. It's a nice pigmented purple color but other than that it's really not functional the volume buttons are very difficult to reach and the chase itself covers part of the camera so you're getting either pictures that are not right and have part missing or you're having to take the iPad out of the case to take a picture which defeats the whole point of having it in a case. I have dropped the iPad twice well in this case and it has not broke however I do also have a separate glass screen protector. So I would not recommend this case at all in fact once I have more money I will be looking to replace this for a functional case that stays propped up especially during my bingo games or reading long medical journals where my arms get tired. I really had high expectations for this but they felt very flat very fast upon receiving this item. It does not stay propped up no matter how hard you try. The camera hole covers part of the lens. The stylus holder in which you would keep the stylist attached to the iPad is too large it's more for like a Crayola marker than it is and iPad stylus of any type which I've tried four different types. Kind of sucks because I did have high expectations especially considering the way the product description was written it seems like this was going to be the solution to my needs however clearly it is added more disappointment than it has functionality. I have had people ask me where I bought it from and I don't even bother telling them anything other than it's a waste of money and I wish I hadn't bought it.

The outside cover is beautiful, and the cut-outs are perfectly placed; however, it does not function properly. 1. The inside holder is not secure—it holds the pad on three sides, but the fourth side (side by the home button) appears to be stretched out and the pad will not lock in—this appears to be the result of three cut-out sections on that side and extremely flexible material. 2. The anti-slip strips do not keep the iPad in an upright position—it just slips right over them and stays in a flattened position. 3. The elastic strap has so much give that it is not tight enough to hold the front and back of the cover in place when it is in a closed position. So sad that I have to return it—if they fixed the flaws, I would buy it again because it is so attractive!

Ignore the glass bubbles, they worked out with some use. Brand new iPad, I had bought another case and returned when I found this one. It’s absolutely stunning. A little thin and flimsy. I wouldn’t let my kid use my iPad without something more protective, but it’s pretty and will keep the corners from damage.

REALLY LOVE IT. I’ve been on the hunt for a good iPad case for a decent price. This was more than that. Great material, great design, great structure. Great price! overall, very happy with this purchase.

Wow! This is such a great buy. It's beautiful and functional. I can't get over how inexpensive it is. The quality is outstanding. I imagine this could sell in a boutique store for at least three times the price, easily. I definitely highly recommend.

It’s really pretty but the design for how the iPad angles and positions itself sucks. The strips of faux leather used to stop the iPad in place is too thin while the rubber casing around the iPad itself is too smooth so there’s no traction to keep it in place. Unless you can have it on a completely stable base or not bump it at all, it’ll stay.

Rich purple sculpted leather cover. Screen face is completely visible and accessible. The last one I had was an envelope with a border that obstructed the perimeter of iPad face . This one is much more functional.
