Best gluten free linguine pasta!!
Best gluten free linguine pasta!! Tried many, many brands. As a celiac, it is so difficult to find really good pasta. This linguine cooks to the perfect al dente that is so hard to achieve in gluten free pasta and holds up well when reheated, which is a rarity in gluten free pasta! Tastes great and can be cooked to make any pasta dish that wheat containing linguine is used for. Repeat order. Highly recommend to other celiacs who long for real pasta!

Garofalo’s gluten free greatness
I have been involuntarily gluten free for over two decades now and this is the best pasta brand that I have found. Their spaghetti and linguine is excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is suffering the diet. It is more pricey that the supermarket brands but it is worth the money if you like to enjoy the eating experience. The cooking times on the bag seem pretty reliable unlike some other brands and are worth setting your timer to. The Mafalda Corta pasta in particular becomes overcooked very quickly and the frills will fall of while you drain it if you were lackadaisical enough to leave it sat in the pan of hot water off the heat for 30 seconds while you finish grating cheese, so don’t do that.

Best dried pasta we have tried, including gluten ones!
We tried this as my son was asked by a dietitian to go on a gluten free diet. Even though he is back to eating wheat we are all still eating this pasta! It’s absolutely delicious and we prefer it to regular pasta. We did try some alternative gluten free pastas from a couple supermarkets and they were terrible, so the lovely taste and texture seems unique to this brand.

Highly, highly recommended. If you want gluten free pasta that tastes like 'real pasta' this is it!
I waited until I have used this pasta for over a month before reviewing it as I wanted to try it in several dishes, cooked in different ways. Each and every time I have used it, it has turned out just perfectly, exactly as you would want and hope pasta to taste and look.I have tried many different types of gluten free pasta and I can confidently say that this is easily the best I have tasted. It really does taste like 'real' pasta. I have found that cooking it a little longer than the packet states works best for me but I do prefer my pasta to be on the softer side rather than al dente (sorry, to all of the traditionalists and gourmets out there!) I just add a few extra minutes onto the cooking time and this gives a softer bite without being in the slightest bit mushy. Unlike some other gluten free pastas that can very easily be overcooked and can start to disintegrate, I cannot imagine this ever being a problem with the Garofalo pasta. It keeps its shape well and doesn't lose any of its lovely taste.Overall, if you are searching for a gluten free pasta that gives you all of the taste and texture of typical durum wheat pasta, stop looking. This might just be it!

Can't tell its gf!
My partner is coeliac and this pasta has been a game changer. We first found it on ocado for double the price, and now buy through Amazon as it is far cheaper.The texture is far less rubbery than other supermarket gf branded pasta and it looks and tastes just like wheat based pasta. Highly recommend.

Always excellent quality and value and Ideal for my diabetic hubby
I bought this for my hubby who is diabetic, he is pleased with it and said he cannot detect any difference in the taste or texture. The cook time was the same too and he is pleased with the over all quality. So a winner as far as we are concerned. I have been using this company for a few years now, for our families meals and now it is helping my hubby to continue to enjoy meals along with the family.
