Meike 50mm T2.2 Mini Manual Focus Wide-Angle Cinema Lens for M43 Micro Four Thirds MFT Mount Cameras BMPCC 4K Z CAM E2

This is that peak of quality where you're not going to get better results until you're spending stupid amounts of money for something to do something slightly better. Anyone starting out in film making knows what I'm talking about. Conceivably, yes, there is something better out there, practically, no, get this and don't worry about it. Some of the absolute sharpest shots I've ever gotten, and that smooth adjustment on that manual aperture makes getting things just right a breeze. I've seen some of the softest and creaminess depth of field I've ever gotten with this lens, and I can't wait to use it in more films. You're getting what you paid for with this, it really packs a punch.

Great mft Cine lens to add to the Meike lineup! After owning the 25mm and the non-cine 50 from Meike I really liked the build quality and sharpness so I assumed it would be the same for their 50mm. It's a great lens, solid and strong feeling with good sharpness stopped all the way down. I use this over my Rokinon cine lens as stopped down the rokinins get very soft where as the meike stays sharp. I have shot several music videos with this lens and is def made it's way into my goto lens case. Highly recommend for the price and quality it cant be beat!

This is a fantastic lens, and I don’t feel the need to qualify it with “for the price.” If you know about the legendary vedyra lenses then you know that the guy behind this company was part of veydra too. Fits solid on my GH5 and BM4K. About as solid as any other MFT lens. One caveat just be sure this is a focal length you want. It’s 100mm full frame equivalent. Preeeeetty long for most uses (though a length I use a lot).

Awesome lens for the price. If you are beginning in the world of filmmaking and your choice was a micro 4/3 camera, this is the best choice for closeups.

Rien à dire, cette série est un must, c'est mon 3éme, ce sont des optiques de qualité. Le 50mm permet de travaillé avec la profondeur de champs en 4/3 pour des prises de vu au look cinéma.
