Highly recommended
I received my fan and immediately put it together. I was surprised at how easy it was to assemble. Best of all is the remote control! There is 12 speeds. This fan is awesome! It is steady when on high! Doesn’t vibrate but it has a nice sound that will put you to sleep! When it is on high it really circulates good! Highly recommended! And because I caught it on sale was a big plus!

Best pedestal stand fan - super quiet, super efficient, many speed selection & built to last.
This is the best fan I have ever purchased. Super quiet and super energy efficient. Very durable and stable. So nice to select speed 1 or 2 for a very slight silent breeze. For the hot days, turn it up to 12 and it gushes wind. Purchased 4/13/2023, still works with no issues. Oscillate button is great to keep the air in a room circulating. It is more expensive than the competitors, but I have purchased cheaper fans that lasted a couple years and either the base/stem become wobblily or bent; or the motor dies and always noisy with only 3 speeds.

Well made fan that sips power. Leagues better than Laskos I've bought
A bit of backstory, I've spent the last month looking for a new bedroom fan to replace the ten year old junk fan we had. I've bought about 10 different fans ranging in price from $30-75 from Walmart, Amazon, Sam's Club and Home Depot. Tried 3 different Lasko 5 blade DC motor fans from Sam's too.Every single one had badly balanced blades and mediocre stability. The AC motor fans weren't much more efficient than our old junker. The old 16" fan used 20-60w between the 1-3 settings.I took a chance on this Pelonis based on the reviews and the manual. The base is heavy and stable, the motor is quiet and as efficient as comparable DC motor fans, the features all seem to work well, and it's super quiet.Using my power meters, this fan pushes an impressive amount of air under 10W and tops out at roughly 37W at max power. Half of the power range is under 10W and moves a great deal of air. It's impressive how quiet everything is and how nicely balanced the blades were. Even the packaging was better on this unit vs everything else. The assembly wasn't too bad, the fit between the main post and the motor unit was a tad snug. Working the fan cage ring on took a few minutes too, but overall I'd say it was quite easy. The only negative I can see is the price and the 1 year warranty, but I feel that I got my money's worth if this lasts a few years. Either way, the power savings are significant.Old fan at "2" ~40w running almost year round = ~$40/yr in electricityOld fan at "3" ~55w running almost year round = ~$56/yr in electricityNew fan at "6" ~10w running almost year round = ~$10/yr in electricity - similar airflow to "2"New fan at "8" ~15w running almost year round = ~$15/yr in electricity - similar airflow to "3"

Extremely quiet especially at lower 3 speeds. Fan blade cover difficult to assemble
Overall a pretty nice fan. It's very quiet.- Fan blade sound level: The lower speeds (1-3) are extremely quiet, virtually inaudible a few feet away. Medium speeds (5-7) are a bit louder, but not bad. Much of this is strictly wind noise which I think is inherent with all blade type fans. Higher speeds (8-10) are definitely loud.Rotation noise level: Noise from the rotation motor/mechanism is audible when the fan is at it's 3 lowest settings. At higher speeds the fan and wind noise covers up the rotation noise.Assembly: Assembly is simple except for the fan cage/cover, which is really difficult to assemble, and by far, the product's biggest negative point. It's very difficult and frustrating to get the two cage halves aligned while getting the plastic ring that holds them together in place. Took me close to 45 minutes to get this done. I had an older version of this type of fan (different brand) that used 5 rotating metal clips permanently attached to the front half that latched onto the rear half. That model took only a few minutes to assemble. Note that this difficulty is a big negative since cleaning the fan blades requires removing the cage/cover. When I need to clean it, I might try using something like small binder clips and/or nylon ties to hold the halves together. Or try using the cover from our old fan.- Remote Control: Layout is fine and works over a decent distance. I tested out to around 20', but beyond around 15' it needs to be within +- 45 degrees of the face of the fan's control panel.- Speeds: (1) 12 speeds is more than adequate, however the speed change from 3 to 4 is way too large of a jump. (2) As others have pointed out, must go through all the speeds to lower by one (e.g. from speed 2 to 1 means going thru 3-10 to get to 1). This is really only a minor annoyance. IMO, it's preferable than having 10 buttons on the remote.

Incredible fan! And the button to make it recirculate is actually on the remote control!
The button to make it rotate is on the remote control ! Yay ! I go through at least one pedestal fan each year because I have several to keep my air circulating in my garage. This is the best one I've ever owned. All the stuff you expect, variable timer, quiet, great airflow, a solid metal base unlike the plastic metal mix you often get that break, but it's especially great because it has 15 different speed levels! All the other ones I've ever had have three, so it's always too much air or too little air.
