Silicone Muffin Pan. 12 cup, Flexibility and Stability, with Hybrid Nonstick Silicone and Carbon Steel Frame

Love these pans, by far the best muffin pan I've ever had, in terms of overall performance (non-stick properties are phenomenal!) I deducted a star for quality...at this price point I expect them to be nearly flawless, and have two concerns: 1) the silicone sometimes wrinkles on some cups leaving a couple of "dented" looking muffins in a crop of otherwise perfectly formed baked goods and 2) the silicone looks like it will pull away from the metal frame after a few washings. I truly hope they hold up over time, because this is the only product I've ever used that turns out perfect looking muffins without papers and non-stick sprays. If they tear within the first couple of years, they're expensive enough that I would probably not replace in spite of their outstanding performance.

I was looking forward to baking my first batch of blueberry muffins in this pan. I've always used paper liners in a metal muffin pan so I thought this would be a step into the 21st century. Whoa, was I disappointed! I'm not sure how other reviewers were so delighted. Perhaps I got the one lemon in the bunch. I cleaned the pan thoroughly prior to use. I used a simple muffin recipe I've made for more than 20 years without incident. I did not treat the cups with anything since they are supposed to be non-stick. While the muffins looked great on top, they stuck to the bottom of the cups and could only be removed with great difficulty after sliding a soft spatula along the sides to loosen them, with the muffins generally breaking apart on removal and leaving residue on the cups. I've attached a photo of the muffin pan after removal of the muffins.To clean the pan, I had to use a spoon to gently remove muffin chunks still stuck to the cups, then I put the pan in the dishwasher to clean it. I poked the cups inside out so that the bottoms would be exposed to the washing solution. Unbelievably, the cups were still coated with residue.I've already arranged to return this product to Amazon. It is clearly not as advertised. What a disappointment.

Doesn't stick, true, however the cups themselves pull away from the pan and you have to pop them back into place around the edges with your nail or something sharp(careful not to scratch pan itself) it happens from the heat of the oven obviously. So not 100% happy with that because if it spills over it can easily get under the rim of the red cups.

It's so easy to make muffins and other things in my new silicone muffin pan that's supported with metal. All of those silicone muffin pans are clumsy and difficult to handle after adding the batter to each section. No more with this great pan. it's easy to use and has great support. So glad someone realized this and provided us with it. I'm making more muffins and telling my friends to buy one too!

I bought this as a gift. I've been told it works really well, and it is quality made. I'm going to have to get one myself.

Made a batch of corn muffins and none of them came out whole. Every one either separated from the bottom or had big missing pieces. I am returning. Never had a problem with these in a regular metal pan.

This muffins pan is fantastic. I've enjoyed the combination of silicone and metal.

Bought these for my Sister and she loves them.
