I bought these Rechargeable 9 volt batteries and charging station for my acoustic guitars. They all have a Preamp that requires a battery for it and the tuners in them to function. It seemed that I would forget to buy replacements to keep on hand when needed then I had to run out to the store to buy replacements and they are expensive too. No more of that as these seem to last and last in the guitars and when needed I just recharge them and Viola, back to playing! If you have a guitar that needs a 9 volt battery, buy these for them today. I went with this brand as their MaH rating was one of the highest which I believe will make the charge last longer then ones with a lower rating.

However, when the time comes, you will need a replacement right away, and the chances are, you don’t have them stocked at home! NiMH Rechargeable batteries are the only alternatives in the past, and they do solve some of the problems. However, if you really switch to the NiMH alternative, you will soon discover when you need to recharge them, their capacity becomes nearly half unless you use the very expansive, top of the line, and even those won’t last till the third year!I have been using 3.7V Li-ion rechargeable batteries on my wireless security cameras for years, and they still work very well. This is why when I decide to replace the 9V disposable batteries; I choose to go with the Li-ion option. Hixon has one of the highest capacity 9V Lithium in Amazon search (850mAh), so I decided to give it a try. The package arrived on time is neatly wrapped in plastic to avoid accidental short of the electrodes. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge them and then is good to be placed in the smoke detectors. So far I have no issues with these batteries, and the ultra high capacity should last me 2 to 3 years without worrying to replace them or recharge them. I think this Li-ion 9V will replace all other types in the near future. Remember, you want to look for higher capacity than the 230mAh or 600mAh (some of them say 5400mW) models, because it will save you a few times to claim high to change/charge the batteries！

These batteries are great!There may be a 'better value' elsewhere, but with what research I could do, these are hitting the mark very nicely!

These hold more charge for the batteries than expected, I change them every 3 weeks after use, and use them every day and night!

It can on time and was well packed and looks like they will work well.
