I'm never going back to the liquid milk of magnesia!! I couldn't drink it down anymore no matter the flavor-even tried mixing it with chocolate milk. But these chews are as effective as the liquid. They are individually wrapped (1 chew = 15 ml m.o.m.) & great to take with you when traveling. It's like chewing a soft piece of gum that disintegrates.

Updated.I've been taking 1 every day. Works pretty well for regularity without stomach aches.The 1st 2 days I was impatient. This med is not for immediate results unless you're fine with feeling pretty sick for a day.-----On the 2nd day I took a few chews over 2 or 3 hours the 2nd morning finally did it.The first day I tried one in morning 1 in evening. Nothing. Happened.However, the next day I had the idea to try a bigger dose to see if anything could happen. I'm still feeling it a whole day later. My stomach is angry, grumbling, and turning over. This isn't great for me at all. This med either doesn't work or works too much.Tastes and chews like candy; very fun to eat. But I'll not be taking these again.

These are the only things that work for me. I have tried miralax, but I bloat a ton. I have tried Metamucil, but it stops me up worse. I have tried adding fiber and drinking more water (for years), didn’t work for me. I even tried off brand of this in chewable tablets, didn’t work. Just make sure you drink water with it. I do it at night and drink water. This and the kids are the same ingredients, but this one tastes better.

Works better then miralax bc it doesn't bloat me but omg taste horrible!!!!! I just can't get pass the taste of it. Takes awhile for it to kick in so be patient.
