GALLERIE II Cardinal Birds Clip Christmas Xmas Ornament Assortment of 2 A/2 Red

In spite of the terrible reviews I like the two cardinals! I was the person that asked about using them for a tree topper - I got answers that sounded discouraging. I took a chance and bought them anyway. They are not exactly on the very top of my tree but they are pretty close. At first I was somewhat reluctant to open the clip underneath the birds and put them on the branches - I thought I might break the top of the cardinals back from using too much pressure. I was surprised to see that they were stronger than they appeared to be. The second issue was placing the birds facing each other without the silver colored metal clips showing. It took me about 15 minutes to get them where they looked realistic. The birds don’t look ‘cheap’ at all - at least mine didn’t. I would recommend this pair of cardinals for a tree, wreath, or anything else that would be kept indoors.

One of the Cardinals was quite nice and the other two was not that great. I liked the clips which made them easy to attach to a Christmas tree. Two of the birds look like they were very rushed in the assembly process and the markings on them along with some of the features were not the best.

Good decorations for the tree, a bit pricey.

I added these two cardinals to my indoor cherry blossom tree lamp. They are cute but not as realistic as the one other cardinal I already had on the tree. That one has feathers all over, but these are mostly colored foam with feathers for the tail. They look great if you're not up close.

It could have been a bit better quality but it’s fine for its use on a holiday candle as a decoration.

I had expected foam core feathered birds like the ones I find at Michael's but these were made of wood and are perfect for the greens I drape on my curbside mailbox during the winter months. The feathered ones work well on my covered front porch wreath but would not have endured the elements of winter so I am delighted that they were make of wood.
