Good spring for the right location
Buying/trying spring sizes blindly to repair the foot rest on my recliner is difficult. Tho this spring didn't work for my situation, I'm sure it's ok for wherever it was designed to be used.

Didn't fit as I hoped. Saved them in my junk box. Everybody has a junk box!!

Parts were okay, but I did not know enough ...
Parts were okay, but I did not know enough when I bought them ; that I needed to know the number of coils in order to know the gauge, and therefore how heavy-duty these were. The springs were the right length, but so stiff that they almost could not be stretched to the point of connection. Once forced into place, they were too strong for the mechanism. More info needed on site; bought other springs elsewhere.

This product was not the same size as described.
Bad product. Nor as described! This product was not the same size as described. It was 1/2:” longer and quite a bit smaller in diameter. NEVER AGAIN!
