They are on to something here. Everything from tree runs to landing jumps feels more forgiving and better with this binding
The first thing I have to say about this binding is Skate-Tech COMPLETELY Works. I noticed an immediate change in my turn response. Especially when switching back to an older binding for a controlled test. They are on to something here. Everything from tree runs to landing jumps feels more forgiving and better with this binding. I do have one nit picky thing and another substantial Con. You MUST make sure your bindings are adjusted perfectly to your boot using the (awesome) tool free adjustment. Do NOT over crank these binding or you're in a world of hurt. Even if they feel like they give a little bit, don't get that (two more clicks) habit like I have on most bindings. Biggest complaint is how hard they are to get into. When you're just getting used to these bindings you will HATE getting into them. RIGID AND UNFORGIVING STRAPS, The ankle binding will not pivot past the high back. So you find yourself carefully putting your boot in the binding to make sure you didn't step on or get a straps up your snow pants. Down Right ANNOYING. For everything they did right. You would think they would use that 330 dollar tech to make sure people could get into their binding. Other than that, It does what it says. If you want a nice easy binding to get into try Union or Rome.
