Bought this machine for my wife to replace her old machine that was getting flaky. She really likes it - uses it for authoring reports and books, Zoom consulting sessions, general email and web surfing . She hasn't yet tested the battery life. The machine has resources to spare. I'd steal it, but the cost of a second one is much less that the cost of a divorce.

Overall it’s a decent product. Touchscreen works, although I’m not doing anything other than streaming Netflix in tablet mode. The battery life is what hits me. Even in power saving mode it only takes a few hours to go down. This laptop is ultra portable and stylish but the battery lacks heavily.

Loving it so far! Pretty intuitive. The resolution is amazing. Fast processor. I’m using it for everyday purposes and it seems like a prefect fit so far. I didn’t rate the battery because I haven’t really had it long enough to test it & give real feedback.

The laptop came quicker than I expected! So far, I have had no issues other than not receiving the McAfee subscription. Very light, great build quality. (THE CAMERA IS AWFUL) If you're using this to video chat with friends, I'd recommend a different laptop.

The description says that it has Windows 10 Pro but had Windows 10 Home. Already had it set up for work so paid the 100 bucks to upgrade to Windows PRO.

I received the laptop but it is not with same configuration as windows was Home edition not pro and also Mcafee antivirus key was used before and activated by other email and user now I need from supplier to send me the new key for mcafee for 3 years subscription
